This hotel was over My expectations! Clean, Nice rooms, super service and located close to the village near by. Very nice breakfast. The couple who lives and runs this place are friendly, lovely and super serviceminded Only negative: the belgiums who drives like cracy outside the hotel on the bad road!

I can't say enough about this bed and breakfast. The hosts were so warm and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves and making numerous recommendations for both dinner options and day time activities. Breakfast was simple yet filling. Like other reviewers stated, the stairs are steep. Very steep. Our room was a triple with a very comfortable queen...

We have just spent two nights at this charming, rustic B&B, situated in a beautiful rural setting and run by a very welcoming, friendly and helpful host and hostess. The rooms were comfortable and spotless and the breakfasts were generous. Some nice pubs and eateries nearby and it is not far from Poperinge. Thoroughly recommended.

My cousin George and I were in Belgium for the centenary vigil of our uncle Guy. We wanted to stay in the Ypres area and came across this little gem just outside Poperinge on the road to Watou. The hotel is an old farmhouse and the owners are generous and welcoming farming people. The rooms are spacious with lovely polished...

This B&B is outside of Poperinge, so it's quiet but also means access to the city center is not perfectly easy. However, bring or rent a bike (from the hosts) and it becomes perfect! Especially to visit St. Sixtus Abbey for a Westvlateren beer pilgrimage or WWI sites. The hostess does not speak perfect English, but certainly enough for those...

This is a cute little hideaway near 'Poperinge' (which is near Ypres, right in the Flanders fields), which we sought out for a weekend of visiting Flanders fields and the sites of World War I. It is not so much a guesthouse as a 'one room' getaway - the house is basically the attic above the owner's garage, but with...
