The owners are fantastic and really helpful. All of the food which was served throughout the week was amazing and really tasty. Bonus was the bar they own in town which is a great place to chill out after the slopes (and they show sports!!!) plus they gave us a free taxi service late at night :)

This hotel is a gem - Very accommodating for families with great food served on a half board basis - Its a mile a so away from the main Ski resort & Nightlife in Arinsal so you do need to get the shuttle bus but for skiers that's free - We stayed in February and had a great time -... More

As a frequent visitor to Andorra, ive stayed in many hotels but this is by far the best so far. The Chinese restaurant serves food to die for. The quality of the produce is unlike any Chinese food ive eaten before, portion sizes are huge and the prices are very reasonable. The hosts (Graham and Maria) are the friendliest people... More

This is the second time we've stayed here and the hospitality is excellent, Staff/Owners very friendly and helpful. Relaxing accommodation, with the river running just below. Food excellent, access excellent, could have and should have stayed longer!

Simple style hotel, with great food and a bar. All you need after slopes. Bit of a walk up and down hill, bus in morning works ok. Worth walk for food, which is probably best in Arinsal, and can alway break journey at Cisco's!

For a half board hotel with buffet food, the quality and freshness of the food was brilliant. There was so much food and you were not hungry! Friendly staff and spacious clean rooms. Apart from the location being quite far from the slopes and bars I would definitely recommend this hotel. The buses are not to a timetable so make... More

A nice family run hotel and restaurant/bar. Had the best Chinese food in Andorra, delicious and served hot! The room had that was required if a bit spartan. Staff were all friendly and nothing was too much problem.

I went here with my girlfriend to go boarding/skiing in March. The hotel itself is located about 15-20 mins walk downhill from the lifts but there is a fairly frequent (if not regular) free bus up to the resort. The food at the Palarine was a big highlight. I never had a bad meal and one night they do the... More

The hotel was lovely. Upon arrival we were given complimentary drink vouchers for a bar in town. The rooms. Were slightly out dated and tired. But very spacious. And had a bath and shower The bar was very overpriced. 5 Euroes for a pint. And 7-50 for a southern comfort. Staff were friendly. And always looked and dressed professionally. The... More
