It is understandable that the hotel would have problems because of recovering from hurricane. However, the towel situation is awful. Only received only 2 bath towels. When we arrived there were no towels until the evening. Then today wanting to take a shower found that our used

We were disappointed to not have stayed here longer and also to have read reviews prior that it was in poor condition or that the pool was closed. This is far from the truth! We came for the day and enjoyed breakfast and the pool. The staff was so sweet and very welcoming. The

Made a recent short visit to La Plantation and Orient Beach. We've stayed at the hotel a number of times -- always found it to be friendly, comfortable and convenient as we actually enjoy the short walk up the hill from the beach. This of course is what protected La Plantation

I cannot speak to rates, but we were there in April. Breakfast was included and is a buffet with a good variety. The rooms are not directly on the beach. Rooms are about a two block walk to the beach and are up a hill so that you have a view of the water from your room. There are also other restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Are you open in May 2018? Are you fully booked?
I wish I knew as we intended to go back again this year. The other big concern is that the restaurants and beach bars etc will likely not be operating either.

I really don't know. Their located right on Orient Beach so my guess is not too good. I have a phone # for them if you would like it. I've been to the Island 9 times and almost bought but I'm glad now I didn't but I will return when their back on their feet. Even the new airport is damaged bad. The whole Island is devastated. I was just their in April and my heart breaks for them. If you get a chance do but I think it'll be awhile before they rebuild enough to have tourists back which they need to survive.
