Lovely stay. Friendly. Comfortable. Easy to access. And just fun. Get a room with a few if you like to wake up to a castle. Great little restaurant if you want a recommendation for s local wine and a dish of suckling pig.

Located in Belmonte some two hours drive South East of Madrid, this converted monastery has comfortable accommodation. Only downside we found was the food. We were in a group and the food was below standard for a four star hotel.
