We were two walkers on the Coast to Coast in mid-September 2017 for one night. We needed single ensuite rooms. Our host was very welcoming, the accommodation was very comfortable and nothing too much trouble. The property is close to the village centre. Highly recommended

Very good. Rebecca is a very hospitable host, comfortable bed and room with TV, en-suite, drink facilities, good breakfast. Narrow stairs up to 2nd floor, at the bottom of the village, but otherwise no problem. Ate at the Black Bull – very good.

A group of four couples stayed on our Coast to Coast hike. Becca offered tea when we arrived and offered info about the town very comfortable rooms and nice bathrooms. There was a tub room but there was no plug so that wasn't helpful. Shower...More
