The very warm welcome we received from Denise and Bob, along with tea and scones, was just what we needed after an 11 miles walk as part of the Coast to Coast walk. The room was comfortable (en-suite a little tight) and breakfast was very good. A lovely place to saty with wonderful hosts.

Can't really add much to what others have praised, we were the only visitors that night and had a choice of all the rooms. One of the best breakfasts on the C2C as you are chatting to Bob and Denise while it is being prepared for you. They have certainly worked out what's best over the years.

Not much more to add to the summary. Denise and Bob are the big plus. They loved a good chat which we had over our teas and scones on arrival (probably the best cream tea we had on the C2C). Good breakfast and wi fi. Reeth is a lovely little town surrounding the village green. Funny set up with the... More

My wife and I stayed here whilst walking the C2C. This B&B is cosy, well run, clean and tidy and the hosts are welcoming, attentive and cannot do enough for you to make sure your stay is a memorable one. On arriving we were offered scones and a cup of tea - lovely! We were shown to our room which... More

This B&B is very quaint with lovely owners. We were greeted with tea and scones with lashings of jam. The room was very clean and warm with a very comfortable bed (memory foam mattress included). Denise and Bob were helpful throughout our stay offering a very comprehensive breakfast and a wholesome packed lunch. Excellent.

Of all the B&Bs on my C2C trek, this was the one that felt most like you were actually in someone's home (which you are), but that can be awkward for some. The kind owners were very involved, but never crossed the line into being too intrusive. The place itself is lovely with many family type touches and the welcoming... More

Amazing from the off set we were on the coast2coast and this was one of our unforgettable experiences. Home from home, Fantastic homely welcome, genuinely made you feel like you were there because they wanted you there, very clean, sociable, friendly, nothing was to much trouble. All you need to re charge and head for the hills. This area was... More

Had one night here on our c2c trek. Were made welcome with tea and scones and the hosts very friendly. Room and shower very small but very clean. Location a bit penned in but easy walking to the local hotel, pubs and shops. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice including fresh fruit and yogurt.
