We spent five nights at Sea Garden, and could highly recommend this resort! We were lucky to meet the owner - Sonia, when our public boat got stuck in the sand for three hours near the pier in Manado. We arrived to Bunaken late in the evening, and Sonia took an excellent care of us. Everything promised about the resort...

I stay 10 days in seagarden and had a excellent, relaxing time. Sonja, local owner, was super nice and was really helpful with many things. The staff was so nice too, always smiling. I felt like home. The food was delicious and you could eat a lot. Not only 1 plate. The whole staff and sonja where playing 2 nights...

We spent a week here in January 2016. The staff is really nice and the atmosphere is good. Dinner is eaten with all guests at a long table. Food is diverse and plenty. The bungalows are basic, but have a large bathroom and mosquitonets. There is also a fan, but electricity is only available from 6 pm to 6 am,...

I loved everything about my stay at Bunaken SeaGarden Resort. Everybody was very friendly and welcoming. The food was always delicious and plenty of it. The diving was the best I have ever experienced. So many colours and wonderful marine life. My favourite were the dolphins swimming and playing with us next to the boat. I can't wait to come...

We were so happy at Sea Gardens we extended our stay there. All the staff are really friendly and that filtered down to create a great atmosphere among guests. The rooms were reasonably basic but good value, the bed was very comfortable. We did two days diving there which we really enjoyed. We also spent a lot of time snorkeling...

I was unsure of the resort when I booked but was pleasantly surprised on arrival. The location is great, accommodation is simple but totally adequate. Meals were delicious and always more food than required. The power comes on at 5pm until 9am in the morning and this was great for chilling the beer and running the fans in the bungalows....

Stayed here for 3 nights in Oct '15. Rooms are basic but nice, cleaned daily, every room has a little garden view porch with 2 hammocks. Good mosquito net and fan, power from 5pm till morning. No real problems with bugs, though there were quite a lot of ants. Food is good, though breakfast could be a little more varied...

We, group of 6 paxs, stayed for 3 nights. Accomodation is still within our standard, the staffs are quite friendly but the owner isn't so pleasant. The resort has the most beautiful reefs just in front of his resort, and so they don't even want to organize to bring their guests out to other locations for snorkeling. They served limited...

We stayed here in the summer 2015 with our 3 year old twins. Obviously travelling with small children just simply isn't relaxing, but staying in the Sea Garden was the closest we can get during our 2 month trip. While we went diving (totally spectacular as already many other reviews mention) Harry and Sonya watched over the twins and the...

Stayed eight days at Bunaken Sea Garden Resort and was made very welcome by owners Harry and Sonya on arrival. Diving is very well organised. Small groups of similar experienced divers with each divemaster. So new and experienced divers can have relaxing dives tailored to their dive level. I dived 16 daytime dives with almost all dives in new locations...
