This is one of the two best places we stayed at on our 35 day tour of Great Britain. The house is roomy, attractive, clean and comfortable, our charming room was large and had a great view. No detail was overlooked. The warmth of our hosts made us feel welcome and glad to be there. The breakfasts were generous and...

First class B&B with unbeatable hospitality from Alison and Neil. Huge traditional scottish cooked breakfast sets you up for the whole day! Amazing views from the room we stayed in. Fantastic local knowledge extreemly welcoming and a can do 'go the extra mile' attitude from Alison makes this the best B&B I've stayed in. Can't recommend enough. If you are...

Alison and Neil were a delightful couple and great hosts in the true Scottish tradition. On arrival we were welcomed at the door and were immediately made to feel at home with a friendly chat over a cup of tea and home made cake. A comprehensive menu gave guests the opportunity to have a large tasty Scottish Breakfast or something...

We had a very nice stay at the Strathgorm. Alison was very helpful--she drove us to dinner the first night and got up very early to make us breakfast when we had to leave early to catch a ferry to the Orkneys. The food was very good. Rooms were very clean. Alison was helpful re what to do and had...

Alison and Neil are perfect hosts; the room we had was the 'family room' with superb views across the Inner Sound and of the seals on the nearby rocks; huge superbly cooked breakfasts and plenty of variety to choose from - what more can you ask for? We would also recommend Strathgorm B&B because it is an excellent base from...

We have been coming to Strathgorm for a number of years now and have never felt the need to change location. Alison and Neil are a very friendly couple, the rooms are very comfortable and the views - well, what can one say? Skye is a beautiful place, so peaceful. and Strathgorm is the perfect hub to explore from.

Rooms are not very big but still they are cosy and also clean. Location is good, with great views and very quite. And breakfast is just great! So I would totally...

I can only agree with all the positive feedbacks about this B&B. The rooms are really nice, spotless bathrooms. Most of all, Alison is a wonderful host, always willing to chat and share experiences. Fantastic breakfast, great tips on what to do. We stayed for 3 nights and were sorry to leave. HIghly recommended.

We found this to be a very friendly and homely B and B. Alison is a great host and makes you feel very welcome. She makes you feel that nothing is too much trouble and has a lovely sense of humour. The room we had was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It overlooked the mountains, water and countryside. Breakfasts were marvellous with...

My wife and I spent two nights here and we were warmly welcomed by Allison upon our arrival. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfasts were fantastic! We love the country feeling as this place is surrounded by farmland with sheep and cows. We felt very much at home throughout our visit. We took a short walk to...
