Alison, the owner of this B&B, is very nice and friendly and it really felt like coming home. The room was very nice and clean and we were served a full scottish breakfast. The location is great if you want to stay in the country side. The surroundings are beautiful and the old cemetery next to the ocean is worth...

Booked two nights here, but due to a mix up with other guests our room had been given away. Alison, the owner, took the time to find us a lovely alternative, and was over the top kind in apologizing. I took time to look around anyway. Very clean, awesome setting, gorgeous views, beautiful place. Definitely coming back!

We always look forward to our visit to Strathgorm. From the welcoming cup of tea (or coffee) to the comfortable rooms, from the HUGE breakfasts to the cosy sitting room, everything is provided to make this a perfect B and B. We love it.

We only stayed at Strathgorm for a night on the way to the Uig ferry, but wished we had stayed longer. We loved the view from our room, the breakfast, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Alison! You can walk straight on to the shore at Breakish and there are several restaurants nearby for an evening meal. Perfect!

Of the dozen or so B&Bs we stayed in during our Scotland tour, this was our favourite. Allison and Neal were delightful and genuinely welcoming. I was feeling unwell when we arrived and both Allison and Neal went out of their way to welcome me into their home and help me to feel better with toddys and such. The beds...

Me and my husband where travelling around Skye and had no where to stay for the night, we saw the sign for the B&B and decided to try there. We got a very warm welcome from Neil, (the man of the house). And was offered a room. The room was very clean, very cozy with fantastic views out the window....

There's probably not much we can say that hasn't already been said in previous reviews. This has to be our best ever B&B experience, bar none. We booked on the advice of family who had stayed previously and were fortunate enough to get a room for two nights despite only booking on the day. Alison, the host, is amazing, so...

Our family was travelling from Canada. Communication was prompt and clear through email. Our hostess was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The restaurant she suggested (and booked for us!) turned out to be a wonderful surprise (Cajun and French dishes.) The view was extraordinary, with rabbits playing on the lawn in...

Our family has stayed in many B&B's and this is one of the best! Ms. Allison is very accomodating, kind and warm. We felt welcome the moment we pulled in the driveway. She is very helpful in helping you find things around the Isle to see and do. Each morning, breakfast was prepared and presented with caring consistency. We had...

Extraordinary because Alison' warmth, professionalism and desire to serve makes Strathgorm well above even the better B&Bs. We were made to feel extremely welcome, and comfortable. The Scottish breakfast was huge, expertly prepared and served piping hot! Just outside the home and across the field is a great beach to explore. If you are travelling near Broadford, or perhaps heading...
