The hotel is located at the far end of Kastraki village. , near Kalambaka. you must write in the GPS "Kastraki", and not Kalambaka, in order to find the hotel. It is located under the "Meteora" ,cliffs., parking is free. The rooms are specious and the double bed is big. We stayed in the corner room and the view from...

We had a wonderful stay in Kastraki at Pyrgos Adrachti. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Our ground floor room was clean & comfortable, and the view from our patio was just amazing. We were surrounded by the monolithic rock formations of Meteora. The buffet breakfast had a good selection, and it only took a few minutes to walk...

The room was great and the location was charming, though you may want to stay in kalambaka if you want more dining / shopping options as this town is tiny (which we wanted, so it suited us well). They had a great breakfast selection and beautiful view from the dining area, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was...

I just checked in. It was close to 10 pm, but I just wanted to comment how helpful the owner of this hotel is. He is so kind and takes wonderful care of his guests. As I checked in, he called the tour company with which I have a reservation of morning hike tomorrow to confirm my reservation. I am...

Pygos Adrachti was hard to find. If you have a GPS, the town is Kastraki which is right next to Kalambaka. We entered Kalambaka into our GPS and so had to ask some locals how to get to the hotel. The roads leading up to the hotel are very steep and single lane. Kastraki has far less to offer for...

Great location at base of the rocks and nice breakfast; extremely helpful owner who was eager to tell us everything we needed to know about seeing the area and getting around; rooms very clean and comfortable even if slightly austere, but furnished in fitting manner to local monasteries.

Stayed in Pyrgos Adrachti in Sept 2016 for 3 nights for a hiking/sightseeing trip to the Meteora Monestaries. We arrived at night after a storm--beware that the village of Kastraki has very small roads and is tough to navigate in the dark. The hosts welcomed us and showed us our room, which was set up for our arrival. It was...

We stayed here for one night and left with mixed feelings. The hotel felt dated, facilities are adequate: beds are fine, there's airco and a TV. Bathroom however very basic and dated and required maintenance. We felt neutral about the staff, they were polite but interaction felt functional. Location is very good, quiet and peaceful and the views from the...

Enjoyed the view of the spectacular rock formations from my room! About a 15 mins drive from Kalambaka train station, Pyrgos Adrachti is located at Kastraki, Meals, except breakfast, require car or taxi or a good walk, uphill on the way back.
