We have two cozy cabinas, each with their own shower and bathroom. We also have two adjoining rooms with a kitchenette and a private bath. We also offer two single rooms with a shared bathroom. All rooms are located on our beautiful horse farm. Enjoy our new pool and gardens; breakfast is served on the porch overlooking the mountains and riding arena. You may choose to ride our horses on the mountain trails surrounding the farm, or try a session in natural horsemanship. We also give lessons in natural dressage, or jumping. If you are not interested in riding, it is also nice to just relax and enjoy the farm or hike to the nearby waterfall.

Staying here was one of my favorite Costa Rican experiences. Brenda and Abel were very attentive and kind, without being intrusive. Our room was very open; the kitchen and bathroom were off an open hall, but extremely private. The sweet air and sounds of the night lulled us to

It's been a couple months now that I stayed at Establo San Rafael but I still often think back of my time there. It is such a peaceful, beautiful, small family owned place. There's not heaps to do but time flies by and you just learn to live and forget everything around you. I

"They are all good .everything you need....in a middle of Mother Nature..."
"lovely cabins, close to the horses!"
"I stayed in the farmhouse with the family and had access to wfi when it was available. The room is basic and the bathroom is shared but there is free access to the large communal living area and the best place is on the front porch with hamac and beautiful view of the surrounding countryside."
"The Cabinas are gorgeousl: quaint and beautifully rustic. Very private, located a short walk up the hill from the main house, and a bit beyond the barn. If you want to stay somewhere you can cook up some meals of your own, there is another Casita you can stay in, between the house and the barn. It has an outside area with cooking facilities (stove, fridge, sink). But my personal favourites are the cabinas, and you can't go wrong with Abel's cooking!"
"any room you can choose is a good room, but I would advise taking one of the cabinas, due to their mindboggling views."
