I've stayed in quite a few hotels and clients have stayed as well .this hotel is situated just out off town. But so close to the slopes.friendly warm atmosphere..I've stayed here a few times now and I'm there again in December. As a ski instructor I think this is Gem off a hotel.

Stayed for an overnight stopover. Oh dear. It appeared that we were the only people there. All corridors in darkness when we went to our room (had to ring reception to get them to put them on). Restaurant was closed although I had been advised via e mail that it would be open. This hotel may be fine for people...

Stayed here for a week for a FIS World Cup event and I can't say enough positives about the staff here. They are so welcoming and helpful. Lots of pastries for breakfast, but the dinners include a lot of variety. Rooms are large and kept clean. Only problem we had was the internet went down for a couple of days....

I stayed here in February and was impressed by the staff. It's a family-run hotel and they are all very polite, friendly and ready to help at all times. Most of them speak English as well. The hotel is not really in La Molina but on a hill nearby, it's a 25 minute walk on the road to La Molina....

Very good 3* hotel.. Good value! Everybody super nice and yes they do speak english. Rooms nice and cozy and very clean. The room had 2 separate beds, but it's not a big deal. Great mountain view from our room. Cool chill room in the lobby with a fireplace. I would definitely book it again for the price and service...

The rooms are very clean and had everything you need except a kettle we read the reviews and took our own. The food was basic but good and plentiful. The staff were lovely not great English speakers but we all managed, we are in Spain not London! We had a fab time in the bar each night mixing with the...

Poor food, poor service, nobody speaks English!, bed linen was not changed in 5 days only remade, too far from slopes- have to catch a bus that doesn't have set times so you are often left waiting in the cold, very isolated hotel if you don't have a hire car don't stay here! The nearest supermarket/restaurant/bar are too far to...

The hotel staff ,including the owners , was unwilling to assist us with several issues. The room had a double bed with single bed blanket - not nice in winter .there was no kettle in the room . The microwave was broken and when we complained the owners response was that it was not included in the room rate. The room...

This hotel is excellent value for money. Rooms are basic but spotless. Many have wonderful views over the mountains. Visitors neeed to understand that the ski-slopes and nearest restaurants are about a mile away. However the half- board option is great. My wife and I were the only people there on our stay so we got first-class service and food...
