Tram no 10 every six minutes virtually outside the hotel will take you into Basel station. Hotel very clean, we had a massive three bedded room, great shower etc. Breakfast included which had a great variety. Staff (Marc) very friendly, even helped print our sons flight boarding pass for us. Definitely recommended.

They give u a warm home while you are away. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. No matter you are travelling alone or with family. It is certainly a good place to stay. Love the outside view. Very connivence - it only takes few minutes walk to tram station.

Very friendly staff, great flexibility checking in, free parking in the garage. Rooms are of good size and bathrooms are modern. Some floors can be a bit noisy. Location in the middle of town is great and also not far from Basle. All in all, a good place to stay.

Hotel Eremitage in Arlesheim (CH) is conveniently located just 200 hundred meters walking from the tram stop, which takes you in 20 minutes to the center of Basel. This family run hotel offers excellent food in its restaurant and spacious rooms. Specially recommended is the Cordon Bleu. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. Arlesheim is a very nice...

Stayed here two nights at the beginning of the Swiss visit. After traveling for 30 hours we were grateful the room was available upon arrival. We were greeted by Marc at the front desk and he turned to be a cheerful and valuable employee. We had dinner at on the outside veranda and he was also the service person. His...

Let me start with the good. The hotel itself is very pleasant, friendly staff and in a great location. I'm afraid that's it..... I didn't sleep well if at all, and there were a number of reasons for this. The room was very basic with poor wood paneling that looks pretty shabby and is fooling no one. The mini bar...

Dear Stuart We have been suffering reading your review and understand you fully. The June 2015 was the hottest June we had in the last 10 years and nor our nor any other hotel in our area was ready for that. Please trust me when I tell you that it is not usual for our area to have air conditioning,...

The stay was short but very pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked a question. Room was quite spacious and bathroom renovated. The hotel is very close to the public transport and center of basel can be reached in approximately 20 minutes (by tram). Additionally Wifi and parking was free!

The best thing about the hotel was it's location, so next to eateries, banks, Post office and just 100 mtr from the tram station. Ideal for people working in Reinach. The hotel is in Arleshiem, a postcard town, between mountains and greeneries..unlike Basel Stadt. Rooms were cozy and comfortable with good cleaning staffs and good spread of breakfast. The other...

This hotel is really downtown Arlesheim. Not far from Basel City. The hotel is small but it has a restaurant and a parking. The room we got was very very clean and simple, but flat screen, wifi and minibar. Good for one or two nights or for those who don't look for luxury. Maybe a little bit pricy.

Hotel is small, rooms are clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Internet is fast (based on the average european standard) and FREE!. Bathrooms needed a renovation. My room was to the backyard and quiet until 5:30. At that time the trucks of the supermarket below my hotel room arrived. Breakfast was included and quite o.k.. Parking in the...
