Stayed for one night during my business trip as it was close to office. A late check-in was not a problem and the staff was cordial to help during the middle of night. A nice hotel, we great breakfast. Ideal for business travellers

I stayed here on a business trip, first time. I was very impressed with the great customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, from an ironing board set up in my room to items I had forgotten and were provided. Receptionist was a ver helpful, happy lady and gave me a really warm welcome. Room was big and comfortable, outside...

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights during a business trip. I booked this hotel because it is close to my business partners here. For a 4 star rated hotel & the high rates I think the value for money is just average. The rooms are clean & well maintained with the services that a business person require, but...

Dear Gaby T Thank you for your review. We regret that for you, the value for money was not alright. The hotel is located in Wallisellen center and next to the main street, so you are right, from time to time it can be noisy. We apologise that we did not point out at check-in, that room service is available...

The location is convenient, near Zurich city (by car). We were offered an upgrade to business room upon arrival. Nice accommodation in general. However, breakfast was not satisfactory and the room rate was quite expensive.

I stayed here for 1 night for business. location wise its near a train station so really good, only 2 stops to Zurich main station. and the other way, its only 1-2 stops from the Wallisellen shopping centre and restaurants. The staff were very friendly. This is a hotel more for business people rather than for a romantic break. The...

Staff is caring a lot about their customers. Didn't have time to get to breakfast, so I got a nice lunch package for my trip. There is a nice italian restaurant in the basement. Rooms are clean and nice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and quite enjoyable. The rooms are perfectly clean but otherwise below expectations: in the upper floor they are tiny and in the lower floors too dark. There is no air conditioning, neither any other gimmick. The hotel is definitely ok for a short business trip. It lacks a lot of...

for the price they are asking, and for a 4 star hotel, i was expecting to be able to have a standard nice clean room and have a nice sleep... but the room are (unfortunately) not climatised... which is very unusual for a good 4 star... but ok, no clima than you can open the window... well bad idea because...

This hotel is the only hotel in Wallisellen, has basic rooms, friendly staff and decent food. I stayed in this hotel multiple times and had different rooms. THE ROOMS The rooms are very basic, with no luxury. Just a bed, a bathroom, a cabinet to store your clothes and a desk. All rooms have shutters which make them pitch dark...
