The two ladies that run this hotel are the most welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Even when checking out at the ungodly hour of 5am. the coffee maker was on the go and the continental breakfast was waiting for the four of us to surface. The continental breakfast was adequate. We did not have the lunch...

A tiny hotel with an incomparable view on a small valley almost too perfect to be true. There is no wifi and in many rooms no tv and this is a blessing that I hope will last for long before capitulating. There you can enjoy the proximity of everything you can do in Switzerland but even more the intimate atmosphere...

We read all the negative reviews on here but decided to stay at this hotel anyway because of its great location and we are glad that we did. The ladies that run the hotel and restaurant are very pleasant and can't do enough to make your stay a good one. The food in the restaurant was very good and the...

Modest, pleasant but above all, the ladies who run the place are truly pleasant and always making sure you are happy. Breakfast is excellent, hotel rooms are clean but very quiet. What is pleasant is to mixed with the locals Sunday morning taking time to read the local press. And those who l like swet, I do recommend the home...

On our trip to Switzerland, we stopped to have lunch with friends at this Hotel Elite. The food is just uneatable - advertized as "fait maison" (home-cooked) with local products. The truth is that it is everything except home-cooked. It tastes like frozen food heated in a microwave. The cook cannot be a cook. Impossible. Furthermore, it is expensive. Apparently,...

We were VERY disappointed by the food served at the restaurant. The prices are very high and the food is of poor quality. Industrial sauces (salads and dishes), frozen products, nothing fresh from the region, smell and taste of old oil; just a poor quality restaurant. Unbelievably bad. What a pity !

Stayed in this Hotel- poorly run and very pokey room with uncomfortable bed. Run by surly rude unhelpful owners. Breakfast is virtually non existant. There is little in the way of service and on a Tuesday none- the owners lock the place and disappear so no food and the only entrance is by a side door. There were hardly any...

“We were there with friends and used rooms 5 and 6,with balconies on the 1st floor, overlooking the valley. Room 6 was slightly larger than room 5 and also had a bath and a shower whereas 5 only had a shower. The room temperature is regulated from a control panel in the bar area and is adjusted on request. We found the beds comfortable.”
