Very comfortable, warm and welcoming after a very long journey. Breakfast lovely and all rooms very clean. Very handy for Symonds Yat and plenty of interesting walks in the Forest. I would thoroughly recommend Ferndale House and hope to return.

A really well presented and decorated hotel throughout. Tasteful décor in the comfortable bedroom. Hostess very helpful in ensuring everything was ok. Good filling breakfast, with lots of choice of hot and cold food - all good quality and nutritious too. Thanks for everything.

We stayed in the lodge since we had a dog with us. The room was great with a little kitchenette which was a bonus. Great welcome including cakes for us and dog biscuits for our four legged friend! The breakfast was lovely and service was perfect throughout stay. Great find.

A very comfortable and spotless B&B. Andy and Christine are the perfect hosts. The rooms and dining area are warm, clean and inviting. An in-room tea tray with freshly baked muffin is ready for your arrival. Breakfast is comprehensive and cooked to order. Parking is on site. The house sits on the edge of the Forest in a quiet village....

Stayed here during the Cheltenham Festival. Best value for miles around. Highly personal and personable Service. Room had its own private bathroom but not en suite. Many breakfast options, with locally sourced and fresh produce. What more could you ask for ?
