I wouldn't go back, scratched, broken furniture. TV remotes don't work properly. Smell of mildew in bathroom, not cleaned very well. The Gastro bar was incredibly hot and uncomfortable. Poached eggs tasted like vinegar.

A good sized double room overlooking the street. There was a nice touch with handwritten welcome card together with 2 pastries waiting for us in room!

Hi Judy, yes, we caught a cab, cost (from memory) less than €10. The roads up to the hotel are quite steep so unless you want the workout, cab is the way to go! Galway is stunning in the Centre, lots of shopping! Enjoy, Anita
