This guest house far exceeded expectations. The couple who owned it were super friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, directly opposite a safe beach. The accommodation provided was large, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Only a 10 minute walk to the little town of Mount Martha, very quaint with good eateries.

Perfect location opposite a good swimming beach. When the roadside parking was packed bumper to bumper on a very busy summer’s day we could walk back and forth to the beach at our leisure. The Garden Suite accommodation is well appointed quiet and comfortable for 3 adults. Spacious and private with lots of natural light and a beautiful outlook onto a large lush garden that gives a country feel. Breakfast was healthy and plentiful. Owners were very friendly accommodating and informative. We definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for three nights after biking down from Melbourne. Morning breakfast was fresh and tasty and very accommodating of my dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy free). Angelo was also very helpful with recommendations for the area. Highly recommend.

We stayed two nights. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back. The welcoming owners were very accommodating and made us feel like part of their family. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location directly across the road from the beach and just a few minutes drive to surrounding areas.

We stayed for two nights and what a wonderful experience it was. Angelo made us feel as though we were family and made us feel very comfortable, it truely was a home away from home. The place is very clean, comfortable and cosy. I appreciate how welcome we felt after a very last minute booking and how Angelo went above and beyond to accomodate us. I highly recommend this place to stay as it definitely ticks all the boxes.

I stayed for four nights in November and highly recommend Mt Martha B&B By The Sea. The location is convenient for the area and the accommodation more than comfortable. "Continental Breakfast" turned out to be a cooked breakfast, and a different one, each morning. Most of all, I enjoyed meeting Denise and Angelo who are friendly, thoughtful and generous hosts.

We had a great stay at Mt Martha’s B&B by the sea. Room was very comfortable and the location was excellent (close to wineries, beaches and many restaurants). Denise and Angelo were also gracious hosts!

We stayed in suite 3 for a 3 night get away. Overall we absolutely loved it! The bathroom is spacious. The shower is over the whirlpool spa and just lovely. Hosts Denise and Angelo are very sweet :) cheese platters and a glass of red wine on arrival. The suite is sunny, light filled and large. The couches are comfy. The queen bed is comfy. The single bed is hard. And there was scratching in the roof all night. Short stroll to the beach just across the road and the beach/rock walks were fun I would say for the price you pay per night that milk should be provided into your room daily and the towels changed. I had to ask to have the towels changed. Also, there were no deck chairs outside the room to sit and have coffee although its a short walk to the outdoor eating area to sit at the table. Which was cramped with all the chairs pushed under there.…

We were lucky to book this B&B so close to NY's. We were in Room 3 which is separate from the house. Upon arrival we were met and shown around. Everything we needed was in our room but we had full use of the kitchen inside as well. They provided us some delicious cheese and crackers on our first day and scone, cream and jam on our second day which was extremely thoughtful. The bathroom was very large, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room to move about. We had noticed some previous comments on TripAdvisor about a musty smell with this room which are cover exaggerated. There is a faint smell when you first arrive but it passes quickly and it's definitely not offensive (we didn't notice it after 2min). We had the windows and sliding door open as well. It was never an issue for us. Overall, we had a great stay, felt very welcome and we're well looked after. We're planning on going back after our baby is born as we feel this would be perfect for a young child as well.…
