The underground passage to the train station is super handy, and from there the whole city is your Oyster. You'll save a ton on cab rides! The rooms are small by Western Standards, but nice. There aren't enough plugs in the room, but the internet (Thankfully Hard Wired and WiFi) is super fast. You'll find extra plugs behind the mini...

We arrived at 6am with a friend with a baby and we had a baby ourselves. We expected the hotel may be nice enough to give us at least one room for an early check in seeing as we arrived really early with 2 cranky toddlers but we were made to wait till 2pm. Either way when we got to...

Given its proximity to Central Tokyo and its convenience for haneda airport the sunroute seaside is pretty good. Only a 4000yen cab ride if you can't be bothered with public transport which isn't that bad either Rooms were fairly spacious with a 'view' of the sea (although it's more of a view of the seaport) Didn't partake of the restaurant...

Stayed at this hotel for eight nights, and will stay here every time I visit Tokyo. The room was large and very clean, and ours had a great view of the harbor and city. The staff were excellent, and very friendly. There is a subway station directly underneath, and it is next to a shopping mall and several restaurants. Being...

We stayed here for 7 nights and were certainly glad to have chosen this hotel. Shinagawa Seaside Station is just under the hotel (about 2-3 mins walk) and from there you can take the Rinkai line to almost anywhere. Although the Rinkai line was a bit on the pricier side we were happy catching it because if you have a...

We stayed there for 4 nights where 3 nights were consecutive. Staff are friendly and they helped us to store the luggage for the night while we checked out the hotel. They also offered us to join Sunroute Club without a charge. At the lobby, you will find lots of travel info. If you are going to shop in Aeon...

We stayed in a Queen with seaside view, the room is lovely and there is enough room. The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and polite. The area is quiet and the complex has a large grocery store, convenience store and restaurants. This hotel is a little further out and not quite as convenient as some other areas....

Sunroute Shinagawa Seaside is a very good location hotel except the room sizes are too small. Very well located above the Shinagawa Seaside Station which is on the Rinkai Line. The hotel is conveniently located near the Haneda Airport as well.

Hotel surroundings very quiet, not too many people, quite unlike the busy Shibuya or Shinjuku shopping districts. Hotel starts from the 16th floor of the building, huge lobby but no hotel restaurants, except one that opens only for the free buffet breakfast, which by the way was pretty good. There are a few restaurants on the ground though, and the...

I booked this hotel through a booking site with a 30% discount. The room I had was the Queen Ocean view. It was very spacious, plenty of room to walk around the bed, including a lounge chair, a massage chair and large bathroom. The room was very clean with modern decor and the bed was very comfortable. The window was...

Neighbourhood Profile
Haneda / Kamata
Haneda / Kamata is known for its airport with many hotels popping up with the increase in international flights. It’s also an area that offers many shrines and temples with ancient origins including Anamori Inari Shrine or Ikegami Honmonji temple which is visited by more than 300,000 people in October's Buddhist Oeshiki festival. The area around Kamata station is lined with restaurants and is lively until late at night. In particular, it’s known for the large collection of tasty gyoza specialists.
