The hotel is clean with attentive staff. The fixtures are well used; some could use an update. Rooms are typical small size for Tokyo. Convenient to Meguro train station and numerous convenience and grocery stores nearby.

luxury residential buildings and the scene is

beautiful traditional Japanese gardens with ponds, as

We took a private van from the airport to the hotel, so I cannot give directions. It did take a very long time, over an hour, to get there because the traffic is so bad.

Taxi is very expensive during the night, it might be worth it to hang around the airport until the trains starts running hyperdia is an awesome app to plan for the trains.
