Traces of the history and culture of the Edo (old Tokyo) era remain vividly in Ueno and Asakusa. Spacious Ueno Park is a great place to relax and visit a variety of different museums and galleries. I was also in april, but the wifi service was bad. It wasn't able to connect (to obtain IP address). As I am into computers, I know that the signal was strong enough, but the pool of IP addresses was depleted. I had 2 android phones and one laptop so I know for sure it is not a problem on my side... It was sorted out later on, but it was frustrating.
