Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed here for 2 nights from the opening day.
This place is located very close to all the attractions in Asakusa, stations and shops.
During our stay there, we went to Akihabara it was only a few stations away.
The staffs were very friendly and helpful!! They even stored our luggages before check in and after check out so that we could stroll around Asakusa. Thank you so much:)
Will definitely come back next time I visit Tokyo.

I wanted to try a capsule hotel while in Tokyo and am glad I chose this one. It was immaculately clean. There are female and male floors: I felt very safe. There is a laundry room and the machines work very well. It was a good location. The bed was comfortable but the pillow was too firm for me. The bathroom and getting-ready room were very nice, and well-stocked with amenities. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff spoke English well. The decor and style of the hotel was modern and attractive. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score was because it was very warm and stuffy in my capsule bed/room, which made it difficult to sleep (I went in November when it was in the 50s outside). (But I've read that is often the case with capsule hotels). However, some capsule hotels have little fans in each capsule, and I would have appreciated that. Otherwise, the capsule was very well-appointed and cozy. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you tend to be chilly at night, because it was warm.

Very clean, the facilities were great. The cabins were spacious, I could easily stand up in mine. The lounge area was very fancy and great place to chat with people who coming from all over the world! It’s close to Sensoji shrine and Tokyo Skytree!

Very cool capsule hotel. Clean, great location, exactly as advertised. Shared bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Common room too. Staff were friendly/helpful. Provided luggage storage and umbrella for a rainy day.

Excellent capsule hotel at a reasonable price 👍🏻
✅ Location is okay, about 2-10 mins walk to the nearest train stations (there is more than 1)
✅ Capsules are mostly single beds instead of double-deckered beds which makes a big difference to noise and minimising sleep disturbances
✅ Noise is minimal; rare knocking sounds from neighbouring capsules when people are settling in but still acceptable
✅ Hygiene is very good; toilets and bathrooms are constantly cleaned except mornings (which is expected); care bundle of bath towels, face towels and toothbrush/paste provided daily
✅ Privacy and safety assured; curtains + blinds for each capsule for maximum privacy; access card for lifts and dormitory access; safety box for valuables
✅ Quite a lot of storage space and you can temporarily store your luggage if you check out early
✅ Other details: bed size and length was sufficient (like a single bed); bed was well designed and fitted tightly to prevent loose items from falling off bed; there is free coffee (you can buy better ones outside) at living room which is spacious and has nice decor; from outside the place looks dope and modern
❌ abit of a weird musty smell along the dormitory but not in the capsule
