We stayed there just for one night, on our way to the Manila. The hotel is clean, the staff is super helpful and we enjoyed our short stay. The hotel is close to the train station which is great, also lots of eateries nearly. It's also not far from Shabuya. The only draw back is the distance from the airport....

The double was of serviceable size for one, it was crowded with two if you plan on spending a lot of time in your room... so get out and see the town!. There is almost no storage though, so pack light. Convenient to Sobu Line and several others. about 500 - 700 meters and you can catch a train to...

Thank you for choosing Hotel Mystays Asakusabashi. As you said, we are extremely close to railway and subway, so that it is easy to access to a bunch of tourism spots. Moreover, we have Lawson which is just nearby our lobby. It is our pleasure to serve you, and we are looking forward to see you in the near future.

Having stayed in other MyStays properties in the past, we thought to give this location a try. The hotel is very close to the Asakusabashi Station (no more than 20 steps away). Asakusabashi is a convenient location for exploring Northeast Tokyo- Asakusa, Akibahara, and Ueno. The rooms are small, but clean and functional. For the small price difference, opt for...

We overall enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Obviously the room is tiny but so are most budget hotels in Japan. It was clean and I really liked my memory foam pillow. The location is really great. It is an easy walk to the Akihabara area, which takes about 15 minutes to get to. The subway station is just down...

We stayed in a twin share my son and i. We are both 6 feet tall. Walked into the room and it felt like walking into a small study. Great location close to train station and very clean. Bathroom was clean but very small and heads nearly touched the ceiling.

We stayed here for 8 nights over the New Year period in a non-smoking double room (supposedly). I say this because it did smell a bit like smoke, particularly when I used the hair dryer. The hotel is located very close to the west exit of the JR Asakusabashi station on the Chuo/Sobu line, and also quite close to the...

Very easy to get to using JR lines and to find once at Asakusabashi (look up across the train tracks and you should see the building and sign). Staying in Ueno, Asakusa

Neighbourhood Profile
Ueno, Asakusa
Traces of the history and culture of the Edo (old Tokyo) era remain vividly in Ueno and Asakusa. Spacious Ueno Park is a great place to relax and visit a variety of different museums and galleries. At Ameyoko which starts in front of Ueno station, the grocery stores and clothing shops are crammed alongside fishmongers. It gets particularly busy at the end of the year, when many people go on shopping sprees. The town of Asakusa, developed around Sensoji temple, has many shops selling goods and clothing from old Japan, making it a great place for souvenir hunting. It's also known for various annual festivals, and the whole district gets involved with the huge Sanja Festival in May.
