We stayed here on out first four nights in Japan. The rooms were cosy but suited us just fine. Good sized shower. Accommodation is easy to get to from Tokyo train station. Close as in a short train ride but far enough away to be super quiet at night. The selling point of this hotel is the staff. Not just...

I don't think I have ever received such a lovely welcome to a hotel or inn. The family who run this place are so friendly and helpful. They could not have done more. They will have a chat with you over breakfast and make you feel at home. I wanted to buy specific gifts for my family. Nicholas and co...

Had a one night stopover in Tokyo, and was glad to have chosen this place. The neighbourhood is quiet and traditional with easy access to central Tokyo The room was functional and in traditional Japanese style. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, escorting us to a nearby place for lunch and translating the menu for us and communicating...

My family and I really enjoyed our trip to Japan earlier this month, and one big factor for that is our stay at Family Inn Saiko. It is unequivocally a lovely place to stay in Tokyo. The room is the traditional authentic tatami room, which was really clean, tidy, and functional. There is also a Japanese bath on the top...

Absolutely lovely place to stay in Tokyo. Although it is located in a local area (which I loved!) it's quick and convenient to travel to Ikebukuro Station where you can easily access the rest of Tokyo. The rooms are nice tradtional-style tatami mat rooms and there is a Japanese bath on the top floor which I would highly recommend trying....

It was a wonderful experience staying at Family Inn Saiko. The inn is about 5-10 mins away from Shiinmachi station. It felt a tad far initially, but my friends and I grew to appreciate and enjoy the walk through the quiet yet safe neighbourhood. The futon mattresses in the room were amazingly comfortable and the inn was staffed by friendly...

My first trip to Tokyo was so much fun with the Saiko Family Inn. Free breakfast, a short walk to the train for the main line through the city. The rooms were small and clean and the staff were lovely.
