Loved everything. The respect of all the people and the silence in the place also. Came for one night, booked for 5. All the installations are cleaned, the service of the employees is perfect and the location also. Near by the train. Near by Koenji also.

Capsules are very comfortable, but public space very small, lockers are tiny, amenities are very good.
Lockers are way too small, but they will provide a clock-room, to stare your belongings.
Shower-rooms are quite small and crowded as well, but very clean, organized and full of amenities.
A bit in a dirty part of town, but nothing is too dirty in Tokyo anyway.
Over-all, would have given 5 out of 5, if not for the small public spaces and small lockers...

This was my first stay in a Tokyo capsule hotel--I have stayed at one in Taipei before, but that one had quite a few issues that weren't present in Tokyo. The Japanese invented the capsule hotel, of course, and they have ironed out quite a few of the issues.

This capsule hotel is tattoo-friendly and many of the staff speak decent English. There were a few foreign guests, but the overwhelming majority of guests at the hotel are Japanese. The hotel was kept clean, even at the busiest of times, and I really enjoyed my stay. The in-capsule tablets allowed me to access Netflix on the 40" TV in the theater capsules, which was great!

The amount of toiletries you have access to is incredible. Coming back to the sento bath and steam room every night was a real pleasure and really helped me sleep. A few of the guests can be noisy and inconsiderate, so the earplugs in the capsules are a real plus. Despite the noise, I slept very well indeed.

There are lots of places to eat around the hotel and the staff can give you recommendations too. There's a supermarket one street over if you want to buy food and snacks to take home. I took home several bottles of sake since they can be imported into Hong Kong tax-free.

All in all, an excellent stay and I'd gladly stay there again. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and enjoyed the sake and shochu available at the bar. On my first night, I asked for a few of the accompanying dishes with my sake and since it was already late, I got them gratis and was told to enjoy my stay! The little dishes were lovely.

Note that the hotel does get busy and if you want one of the fancy special pillows, get one early. The same goes for breakfast; one morning I got up there half an hour before breakfast was over and literally had to scrape the pot for leftover curry. All of the hardboiled eggs were gone too. I wake up with low blood sugar, so I need to eat before I get moving or I'm uncomfortable until I get food in my belly. I had to make do with a few teaspoons of curry, white rice, miso and some Calpis before I set off for a real meal.

This capsule hotel cranks up the heat to 80F or 27C. Little air conditioning units in capsule are as useless. Tiny changing rooms, lockers and front lobby. Anshin Oyado in Shimbashi is much better. Very inconvenient to get anywhere.

Pros: Menthol shampoos and various amenities. Drink bar and free massage chairs are a plus.

Cons: Heat. Heat. Heat. You can experience summer in Japan while traveling during winter! Maybe Japanese people have thyroid issues

It was very comfortable and had almost all the amenities you would want when staying there.

What was especially good was the large public bath, mist sauna, several types of non-commercial shampoos, body soap, a free soup bar, curry, drinks, etc. All I needed was a change of underwear. (I'm a bit of a worrier, so I ended up bringing a lot of stuff with me...lol)

This time I went to see a live show.

I plan to go to the same live house again, so I'd like to make a reservation next time.

I often stayed at capsule hotels in Osaka, but this was my first time in Tokyo. The prices seemed a little higher than in Kansai, but the rooms were slightly larger than in Kansai, and there was a wide selection of free alcohol, soft drinks, coffee, rice, curry, soup, etc., so I was very satisfied.
It was also close to the station, so it was very convenient for travel.
I was able to use the lounge until 3pm after checking out, which was very helpful.
I would like to stay here again when I go to Tokyo.
