This hotel is very conveniently located close to Shinjuku Station so getting here was really easy. The staff was very friendly and service minded. Rooms are small and there is no place to store your clothes, bed ok but mattress and pillows are worn out....More

Very easy acces from-to Shinjuku station,near airport limousine bus stop ,although the room a bit tiny like other hotel in Japan but nice staffs.Hotel located in the heart of Shinjuku ,can walk to eat and do the shopping.

Thank you for your question. It is good to go by bus from Basta Shinjuku to go to Gotemba. we do not sell tickets at Kadoya Hotel.

They do have the luggage storage service but not sure if it is available for overnight storage. I only used their luggage storage service when I arrived the hotel earlier than the check-in time.

The nearest train station is Shinjuku Station west exit -- about a5 minute walk from the exit. If you're referring to the expressway bus terminal, it is right across Lumine 2 mall which is about 5 minute walk from the hotel... More
