Location: Convenient - is around a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. And another 10 mins to the Golden Gai area. Yet is still in quieter part of Shinjuku so one can relax once away from all the bars/restaurants/shops just minutes away. Room: Was in the south tower. Room was spacious with all the necessities. Clean and well kept. Food:...

Big hotel with service minded staff. Easy to find from Shinjuku station, sparkling clean rooms with comfy beds. No smoke odour but I think I stayed in the refurbished tower. Make sure to book a seat in the airport transfer when you arrive, otherwise it might be fully booked, we forgot this and had to take the Narita Express instead.

I just arrived this morning. I talked to the lady at the check and told her that I had zero sleep on the flight and am happy to pay for an extra nights stay to have my room early. Despite rooms being available the lady took pleasure in denying my request. Behind the check in the key boxes have red...

Spend 5 nights in the hotel with two kids. We had a Big, clean room with two bathrooms and a magnificant view from 33 floor! Very friendly service in reception. Only reason why I give 4 and not 5 Stars is the fact that breakfast was not included in the Price of the room and it was very expensive.

Clean room, good location, older facility A highlight of the stay was sushi at Kyubey -- a branch from the Ginza restaurant Amazing food and great experience. There are three breakfast options but The Glass Court was vastly superior to the so-called American buffet (Jurin) which didn't have a machine for espresso-based drinks.

Good sized rooms great service and wonderful restaurants. Also great location with underground tunnel connecting you to Shinjuku station. Would definitely be happy to go back. Wouldn't bother with club lounge though doesn't offer much at all!

Stayed at Keio Plaza from 3 November till 13 November - 10 nights. The stay was overall pleasant. Housekeeping was excellent. The decor seemed a bit dated so did the colour scheme in the plaza luxe room. The other downside was we could hear the thumping of foot steps from the room above at night which was quite annoying as...

Child friendly hotel. Very convenient for shopping and free access to Disneyland! Buffet breakfast is good because of several resto choices. Tip: we stayed at the south wing which is newly renovated. Will definitely consider staying again when in Tokyo :)

Decent hotel located close to Shinjuku station which is great and convenient. Staff were polite and courteous. Stayed here for 3 nights and did not have anything to complain about. Would recommend to others.

We were really looking forward to our stay here but left feeling rather disappointed by our experience. Upon check-in, there was a very long queue which took 20min to eventually get to the front. I had booked a non-smoking room however when we got to our room, it stank of cigarettes. I asked the bell service staff to move us...

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
