This hotel is amazing the rooms were so so so big and everything was supplied in them. The beds were huge and we had so much space after a few very very tiny rooms we didn't no what to do in it? It was the first time we could actually wash all ours clothes and the laundromat was brilliant lots...

I visited Tokyo with 2 friends in November 2016 and we stayed in Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo. The hotel was well-located, 10 minutes walk from the nearest subway station and a convenience store almost next-door. From Tokyo-Haneda Airport, you can take an airport bus which will bring you to the Shinjuku Central Station and the hotel is just a short cab...

We stay a total of 4 nights. We were 4adults n 3 kids(1,3,5). We took 2 deluxe rooms and had our decent rest. Luckily not noisy. The rooms n toilet were clean and space wise, not bad. We did not had any breakfast there as there isn't much choices. About 5 min walk down, there are a couple nice food....

Excellent services and lots of smile provided by very friendly team! Happy with the overall quality of the apartment. Location is good for us and easy to get access to subway stations. The supermarket just about 200m from the apartment is simply the most convenient spot for us.

The hotel is close to metro and restaurants. Front desk staff were helpful. Most of them spoke fluent English. Our room with two twin beds was spacious and clean. The room also had a stove, a mini-fridge, cutlery and cooking utensils which were handy if you want to prepare a simple meal after dinning out too much.

My husband and I actually spent our first night in Tokyo at the Shinjuku Central hotel (right in the heart of Kabuki-cho, Shinjuku - the red light district). This only happened because we decided to fly into Tokyo a day early unfortunately Citadines Shinjuku did not have any more rooms to add to our stay--we were already booked with them...

We had a twin room and a double room for nearly 2 weeks in early Dec/16 for a family of four. The hotel was easily accessible from Shinjuku Sanchome (about 7 minutes walk) Pros: - Central location close to all amenities, public transport - Rooms: spacious, clean & tidy - Laundry facilities: coin laundries/dryers available on the ground floor -...

We arrived at 7am and they have rooms available but do not allow us to check in until 12pm unlike other countries that we have been to who are more accommodating and allow earlier check in once the room is available. Studio room is very squeezy. Maybe can look into allowing the windows to be open especially when one needs...

We travelled to Tokyo for the first time and booked 6 nights at the Citadines Shinjuku. Best decision we made - great way to start our adventures! Preferred their location to being too close to Shinjuku station. Great selection of eating places in the side street next to the hotel. So many convenience stores nearby - never ran out of...

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
