Good location, has everything you need for a leisure visit, great breakfast to set you up for the day, a short walk to station and metro, local shops and buzz at night. Rooms clean and bed comfortable, lots of hot water for a good soak in the bath.

Clean, nice hotel with great location. Bring your own pillow if you want to sleep well since they are really hard and weird. Didn't try the breakfast. Location is close to everything. Golden Gai bar area is around the corner which is a lot of fun.

Very clean, comfortable room and nice staff. Price is reasonable. Location is a little bit far away from JR station but still acceptable. Closed to convenience stores and restaurants. Overall is good.

We travelled from Australia, and made our way to the hotel by bus limousine. It was very easy to find and reception staff were very friendly. It had everything we needed for our stay in Tokyo- a short walk to the train stations, great central location in Shinjuku. The staff spoke English well and could help us with queries. We...

Larger rooms than other accommodation in Shinjuku. Ask reception for softer pillows as you get in as they are hard as a rock. Convenience store downstairs and short walk to the train station, many restaurants and shops.

Very happy with our stay here. Excellent location with plenty of eating options, a convenience store downstairs and golden gai just behind the hotel. Shinjuku station was only a short stroll away with easy to use maps given at the hotel. Wifi was good also, always a bonus when travelling overseas. English speaking reception staff too. Room was small but...

Location is near Shinjuku-sachome station.. 10mins walk to Shinjuku station. Conveniece store(Lawson) on the 1st floor. Fuss free check in and check out. Room is small/cosy but okay for 2. Too small if u have many luggages or the need to walk around. Not too new but clean. Daily housekeeping was good - changed towels, cleaned beds, topped up mineral...

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
