Rooms were clean and hotel is in a solid location, but check out attendant was extremely rude. Everything was pretty solid up to that point. We apologized for our late check out and told the front desk to charge us whatever they needed to, to make up for it. They called every hour yelling at us telling us to hurry...

There has been miscommunication regarding luggage delivery but the staff was very attentive and mitigate the situation quickly. Furniture and room condition is quite old fashioned and a bit run down but overall stay is good. The room space is acceptable.

Excellent location. Short walk from Shibuya station and near many restaurants, bars, and stores. Nice modern hotel and the staff is friendly and helpful. The solo room is a bit small, however it's about standard from what I've seen of solo rooms at other Tokyo hotels and was also clean and comfortable. Still a great value for the money.

Beautiful modern lobby which we were quite surprised about as for the affordable price we were expecting something a lot older. There was a popular, really modern looking cafe in the lobby which added to the atmosphere and made it seem like were staying in a trendy hotel

Very nice staff, nice and clean rooms, near to metro station, convenience stors, restaurants and shops. The windows aren't clear so you can't see outside and not all of them can be opened. You've been there for two different times because it's truly well located and it's comfortable and very clean.

The Hotel was easy to find and is close to Shibuya train station. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the staff helpful and friendly. I was pleased that we could open the window to get fresh air. The bed was very comfortable

Facility is 5 minutes away from Shibuya crossing. The area is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to City Hall. Facility has as majority of the amenities needed for a get away vacation. Room is very small like every hotel in Japan in comparison to hotels in the United States. No safe in the room I'd stayed in and...

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighbourhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
