I stayed few times in Cerulean for business. The breakfast is really good and fresh. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff need to make an effort to be more agreeable and provide a better service (specially for wellness/swimming pool). The overall atmosphere needs to become more friendly and comfortable.

Cerulean Tower Tokyu is in the bustling Shibuya area, very close to business centers, shopping malls, restaurants, subway and well connected to every corner of Tokyo. Hotel architecture is very modern and imposing. The hotel is huge with so many rooms that suit your budget and needs. Entrance lobby is large and has many counters at the front office, there...

We spent three night in this hotel and everything we needed was there. Very kind and warm staff, also very good English speaking, perfect location ideally close to the subway station, beautiful view (and we were "only" at 23th floor), clean and spacious room. It is a big hotel, if you are looking for a typical Japanese-style ryokan this is...

I stayed at the Cerulean for 6 nights in September with grandparents and a 6 year old. Our rooms was gorgeous, very spacious, huge king size bed, with separate dressing room for luggage. The bathroom was all marble, with a view over Tokyo, so no need to visit the Tokyo Sky Tree for a city observation. There is a window...

This is a quite nice hotel. The check in process is smooth, the rooms are a bit small and understated (some might say outdated, although I din't mind the somewhat traditional decor) and the large bathtub/shower glassed is quite nice. The club lounge is very nice, although small, and with limited selections during happy hour and breakfast. There is a...

Our family of 5 (2 kids, 1 MIL), stayed in 2 rooms here 3 nights and the only minor problem was the air conditioner. The rooms were larger than our first Tokyo hotel, easily fitting a 3rd bed, and the bathrooms were immaculate. The views were fantastic - one room was a corner, so that was the best view. Service...

We just returned from a long weekend in Tokyo and stayed at the Cerulean for the first time. Convenient location, helpful / pleasant staff and amazing Tokyo view (32/f) were the highlights of our stay. Wifi was also provided at no charge for the duration of our stay. As noted by other reviewers, the property is showing some age and...

I've been sending my clients here for years and last week found myself staying there for a conference with them. Oh gosh... feel quite embarrassed to think this is what I've been recommending! From the outside, things seem quite nice... decent looking lobby and staff with a professional manner. And the location is great, in walking distance to the center...

We stayed in this hotel for three nights when we just arrived in Japan. First of all, starting with the positive sided; the location is perfect and the breakfast buffet very good. But the room charge is substantially higher than it should be, the rooms are outdated and smelly. The rooms definitely need a renovation, especially when you charge 300...

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighbourhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
