As long as your visit is brief & intended for the city, not the stay, you'll like the value of this budget hotel. Very friendly & helpful staff. Nothing special breakfast, just toast & coffee but their beer & curry selection are impressive. It's a little loud but we were happy to save money & see Tokyo from here. Convenient...

We stayed here for 5 nights in December 2016. The rooms were well-appointed (small as you would expect for this price in Tokyo) and comfortable. The location is two stops off the main shinjuku line, so expect to spend a fair bit of time transitting through there to get around. Great base to explore Tokyo.

Stayed here for 3 night. Ideally located near Hatagaya station, only 3 min. walking. The station have a lift from the train platform to the ticket office area and another lift from the ticket office area to the the street level. So it is very convenient for people with suitcases All the staffs are very helpful and they can speak...

Little clean room.the breakfast was nothing special. The stuff was very friendly. In the night it is loud because the windows are not very well isolated. Just said. Its ok for one night. You get what you pay for :).

During my visit to Japan this time, I went alone by myself and for solo traveller, i think the room is good enough to just sleep. You don't want to waste your time all day at the hotel. The hotel is in the quiet area, so you won't get distract by noise. And the location is even best, 2mins to...

Chose this hotel based on the price and the location. Only a 2 min walk from Hatagaya station, which is three stops or so from Shinjuku Station. Lots of eateries and convenience stores nearby the hotel. The staff spoke decent English and were very accommodating. Rooms are small and a bit dated (probably haven't been upgraded since the late 80's),...

After been travelling Japan for 2 weeks on homestays i was keen to return the last night to Tokyo before my long flight in a hotel. The place is very small as can be expected for this "low" price, but still pricey for this quality, compare to USA and Europa, but so is everything in Japan. I did not expect...

The place is only about 5 minutes walk from hatagaya subway station (not covered by jr pass) I booked a room for 4 persons and there was only small space for baggage. (Not enough for 4 baggages) The wifi connection is good There is private bathroom and toilet which are separated. But AC in our room was not working at...

Hotel was very decent. It was clean and staff were helpful and efficient. We had a problem with the air conditioning which kept us up one night, but it was quickly sorted out the next day. Location was good too. Would recommend for families as well as couples.

This is a good budget option in Tokyo. The room was small, but very clean. Hatagaya is only a couple of stops on the Keio New Line from Shinjuku station, so the location was convenient. From the station, take the south exit, go up the stairs, turn right at street level to the end of the block, then turn right...
