We stayed here as a family of three for three nights. The room was lovely and clean and very quite. Lovely view out the window. There was a coin-operated laundry, vending machine and microwave in a communal room which was handy to have. The room was very small and there was not much room to put suitcases and a pram. The airport limousine bus has a service that stops directly in front of the building. Nice place to stay if you are looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, English speaking staff.

While the room was small compared to US hotels, it was adequate and quite lovely for our stay in Japan: fully functional, comfortable beds, and excellent housekeeping. The only shortcoming, which is probably a US standard, was the limited drawer availability or area to store clothing and accessories acquired for a 2-week stay. The hotel staff is very friendly. It is also located close to the train station and FOUR multi-level malls, with each mall having one or more floors dedicated to restaurants. Highly recommend the hotel

This is a nice hotel, clean, modern and with very friendly and helpful staff.

The service was excellent, breakfast very good. The rooms are very small which is usual in Tokyo. In this case there was no working area in the room. There was a place for 2 people max to work at in the lobby.

The wifi was very good, but I don't think I would use this hotel for business again.

I started writing my review and found that I was becoming more and more depressed as I wrote.

The simple fact is that if you’re on business and you are not Japanese don’t come.

English (business language) skills are zero. No doubting their interest but speaking Japanese constantly when you’ve said you can not understand them just gets tiring. I even resorted to google translate to tell them I spoke no Japanese but to no avail - they just wittered on. I realised it was a loss of face so withdrew to lots of bowing and smiling.

The rooms are too small and there’s nowhere to work in them and the lobby area has no work area. The WiFi is dreadful. As above showing it’s not a business hotel.

The reason for the one star. The bed is very comfortable (for one as it’s right up against a wall and there’s little room on the ‘roomier’ side), the aircon although in Japanese (so no idea how to access different modes, just temperature) was excellent, the toilet seat was warm. That’s it.

I travel internationally and usually stay in a Marriott. I wanted a change and got this - not again.

Ps: excuse the mess but I’m packing as I write. Who says men can’t multi-task!!

Used to stay in Shinjuku or Shibuya for holidays in Tokyo, thanks my friend for recommending this new place to me. It's not crowded, very leisure, yet convenient and modern. Nice shopping malls and local shops around, a total new experience to me.

The hotel is nice, clean and modern. Best part is, you could take airport limousine and go directly to the hotel entrance. It's a small hotel with 2 floors only, so better book early if you wanna try.

Second time staying here due to location. Check in was appalling, arrive at 1.20pm nearly 4hrs after landing. Hotel was not busy and it was obvious they had rooms ready but yet the front desk decided to ask me to wait till 2pm because it was procedure... terrible customer orientation. Icing on the cake was the night before I departed, I wanted to change some money to pay for airport bus - surprise, surprise - I like other hotels where you can pay the concierge - this hotel wants you to pay bus directly. Ok acceptable policy but then when I decided to change money to pay for bus - I was told - sorry USD only - no AUD accepted. This was a first I Japan. Every hotel I have been to has accepted AUD. Tells me there is a fundamental customer orientation problem with this place. Wouldn’t recommend if alternates are available close by.

The room was fine, albeit extremely tiny. I actually stubbed my toe when doing some stretching after a long flight. The biggest problems are the wifi, lack of a gym, and limited English language. The wifi was horrendous. It came and went, and was not reliable to get any work done. Asking the front desk for anything was a chore because the majority of them did not speak very much English at all. I understand we're in Japan, but if they want to be a business hotel, English should be spoken. Finally, there is no Gym on site. They can recommend a nearby gym, but it doesn't open until 10am! Does no one have to go to work in the morning?! This was useless to me. It was 100F degrees outside, so running outside was a challenge. My company placed me here because I was visiting Rakuten for work, but I would never stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and really enjoyed my stay. The room is well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The view was amazing as I was on the 27th floor. (hotel is floors 28 and 29 with the lobby on floor 30). The location is great - very close to mall shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. I would certainly stay here again.

First time we've stayed at this hotel which is located in "suburban" Tokyo.

The rooms are small but clean and we got a free breakfast each day. The views are very nice since the hotel is on the top three floors of a 30 story building. However, the staff is small and you have to take two elevators to get to your room and there is no bell service.

However, the hotel is located above a large shopping mall with great stores and restaurants.

A nice place to stay but a few improvements would make it much better.

This hotel is located about 10 mins from Shibuya by train. The train atation is about 3 mins stop away. Lots of shopping mall and food places arpund. Not the most central but good price for being close enough to the main town area.

Room is on the small side for a double room. So i requested to change it to a twin room with sea view by paying a small additional sum. Request was looked into immediately and staff even came tomy room to explain the price difference and showed me how the room looks like before i confirm the change. After that he came and help me move. All done within 20 mins. Very efficient and friendly.
