The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda garners appreciation for its modern and quiet atmosphere, though rooms are often noted as compact and cozy. While the hotel's location is lauded for its exceptional convenience to Haneda's Terminal 3, perfect for those with early flights, guests have called out the value as being questionable due to extra charges and the pricey breakfast. Despite the rooms' size, many travelers find them functional with appreciated amenities like comfortable beds and air purifiers. The self-service check-in and friendly staff receive positive mentions, whereas cleanliness receives mixed, yet mostly positive feedback.

Conveniently located inside Haneda’s International Terminal this hotel is brand new and features some small but clean and fully equipped rooms. There is a shuttle running pretty often and connecting the other terminals so if you happen to be bumped from a flight because of a snow blizzard in Hokkaido, which was eventually our case, you might comfortably pop in here and wait for the storm to calm down. But if you have more than just few hours, I suggest that you look for a better location in town and enjoy a little more of what Tokyo has to offer

I must admit that we were feeling somewhat nervous when we found out that we would be traveling during the pandemic for my husbands job. The first thing I did was go online to search for a hotel to stay for the mandatory quarantine once we arrived in Tokyo and luckily I happened to see The Royal Park Hotel Haneda and decided to book it based on the convenience of their location.
The hotel is located inside the International arrivals terminal and you walk there without having to go outside.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel has been very impressive! First of all, everyone is wearing a mask and every inch of this hotel is constantly cleaned and sanitized.
There are hand sanitizer stations on every floor and at every elevator station. The staff are very conscious about sanitation and are very polite, friendly, and professional.

The rooms are very up to date and well maintained and even though this is technically a business hotel, there are plenty of families here.

I booked a deluxe double room that has four beds. Please keep in mind that the beds are small and one adult will fit in each bed.

It’s important to note that they require guests to physically move rooms every three days in order to deep clean and sanitize every room on a set schedule. You will move to the room next door and move back and forth every three days throughout your stay. It really isn’t that difficult though because they provide plastic buckets under each bed for your clothing and you just move your buckets and luggage.

They do not have laundry facilities so any laundry has to be placed in a provided laundry bag and dropped off at the front desk before 10:00am. Your clean laundry will be delivered back to you the same day at 6:00pm.
It is expensive, but it’s the only option.

The beds are comfortable and have buckwheat pillows. The linen is crisp white and very soft and comfortable.
The bathroom amenities are great quality and they provide luxurious Mikimoto bath amenities to include the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever tried!

The rooms are somewhat small but we are comfortable and the bathroom and toilet room are separated for privacy.

They offer a pre-ordered room service meal for breakfast and other meals and snacks can be purchased inside the airport terminal and from vending machines.

The front desk staff at this hotel have been very accommodating and have made us feel so welcomed.

We will definitely stay here again in the future.

I didn't manage to sleep on the plane and had a 10 hour layover on a 27hour flight schedule. So I really needed some sleep. We booked into the The Royal Park Haneda Transit Hotel. It was very convenient how it was located in the terminal. But wow was it pricey for only a few hours (you could actually rent the room for a set amount of hours). They also have a hotel attached to the outside of the airport where you can rent by the day not specific hours but I didn't want to have to clear security. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. They even had pyjamas laid out on the bed. The bathroom was perfect I couldn't wait for a shower. They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, tooth brush & paste. Everything you need when you don't have your luggage.
All in all it was worth the $200CAD for I believe 6 hours of good sleep.

We stayed 2 nights (arrival and departure) and picked this hotel due to the location right at Haneda airport. We stayed at 2nd (basically basement) and 4th floor (lobby). The rooms are clean but dated with dark coloured wall furnishings There was a small window in each room which looked out to a wall.

There were not many restaurants in the airport outside the hotel and none opened after 10.30pm (nothing to do with the hotel but just to share) except for 1 Lawson 24hrs supermarket.

Honestly, if we will reconsider flight times and options if we ever need to use Haneda airport in future simply because of the cost of room and what we got for it.

I stayed here for a 16h transit (transit single room), which cost 21,000 yen. You book in 6h blocks and then you can extend it while you are there if needed.

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. There is a shower and toilet. There is a TV but there are only two or three English language channels.

There is a common lounge area with a view towards the city. There are some small snacks and water bottles here. I was very disappointed that there were no universal adaptors or USB input for charging my phone or laptop.

The main positive is that the hotel is within the terminal, so you do NOT have to pass through immigration to get there. That is a real positive during COVID-19 as Japan has closed its borders.

We are a family of 5 so had to reserve 2 rooms, 1 double and the other a premium superior twin (with breakfast included). While the 2 rooms are similar with the double being smaller, this review will be based on the superior twin. As title stated we stayed in room P813 in transit from the US. For folks who don't realize, there is an airside and landside to the hotel. The airside is limited to one floor and very limited capacity, and must be booked way in advance, but it does save the need to go thru immigration. We stayed landside mostly because we didn't realize it was separate but we're glad we did. It's located in Terminal 3, which affords great food options right outside the hotel in the area with the replica of the Nihonbashi bridge and Edo era streets.

As for the hotel itself, the room was decent size, Japanese standards wise. Our room didn't overlook the runway and had just enough room for couple medium sized luggages. It has USB plugs in the rooms, a safe in the drawer, robes and slippers provided for each room guest. It also has in room coffee maker, couple free bottles of water, and a smaller sized TV, along with an air purifier in the room. The bathroom was smartly appointed with the best part being the bidet toilet, tho not much sink counter space. Our room did come with free breakfast which opens at 6am allowing us time to eat and catch our morning flight. The breakfast included both traditional Japanese and Western fares and quite a good selection and great way to start the day's journey.

I stayed there after coming to Japan from UK. It has been a long day so I needed somewhere I can check in straightaway.
The price wasn’t cheap but if you consider the hassle to go to elsewhere where you need to hop onto a hotel shuttle it was absolutely worth it!
Also, they can lend you an adopter for your mobile free of charge.
The room I stayed was downstairs and couldn’t see run way but I was so tired so couldn’t really bothered lol
The bed was really nice and the bathroom / shower was very nice too and clean.

I am happy that I stayed there!

Beautiful hotel located in terminal 3 at HND airport. The staff were friendly and amazing. The room is a little small, but does not matter as it offered everything needed + they also provided pajamas that were so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. They had 2 options: japanese and western. I tried both, but enjoyed the western one more. Sadly, they don't have a gym or pool.

There is a bath in the washroom + they also provided salt and all other toilet needs such as tooth brush, comb, razor, etc.

Also, lots of restaurants nearby.

Would come again if required to!

Stayed here for 1 night after arriving late to Haneda Terminal 1 on a domestic Starflyer flight. Bus transfer from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 was fast and it was easy to locate the entrance to the Royal Park Hotel. The room was decent sized for an airport hotel and there was a view of Mount Fuji from the window in the morning. The shower/bathroom had the usual accessories like toothbrush, shower cap etc. The hotel stocks Mikimoto cosmetics shampoo and body wash, was a pleasant surprise. Hotel breakfast was decent with a large enough choice but was over by 10 am. Check out time is 11 am.

We stayed at the Royal Park Hotel Haneda
from February 14-22 2020, Hollywood Twin
Room 731.
The staff at checkin was every warm and welcoming. At checkout again the staff was very sincere and wishing us a safe flight and wish us to return again, and we will.

On our departure the hotel staff offered us complimentary breakfast because of minor problem with the hot water which was not under their control in the late evening, affected the whole hotel, but in the morning the issue was fixed.

I would like to thank Mr. Kato at front desk who handled our checkout and the complimentary breakfast.

I also want to thank Mr. Shohei Honda, for personally coming to explain the water issue from the night.

I want to say Thank-you to all the staff at Royal Park Tokyo Haneda.

We will return again in the near future.

Sincerely,
Mr. Caldera Roberto Antonio
Mr. Poon Tak Lok

This is the information I found on Google: 1. To stay at the Royal Park Hotel Haneda, you will need a regular Japanese visa as the hotel is located outside the transit zone of the airport, meaning you will need to go through immigration to access it; therefore, a transit visa will not be sufficient. Key points about your stay: 2. Visa requirement: You need a full Japanese visa to stay at the Royal Park Hotel Haneda. 3. Booking in advance: Yes, you can definitely book the hotel in advance, especially considering your long layover and need for wheelchair access. 4. Wheelchair service: The Royal Park Hotel Haneda offers wheelchair services, so you can request assistance upon booking and arrival. However, the visa rules most likely are different if you plan to stay at the transit hotel at Haneda. For questions of this nature, I typically check with the State Department. I suggest you do the same with the appropriate agency. Your airline may also be able to help with a wheelchair.
