Stayed at the Jal City for 12 hours 1. The shuttle bus starts at 00:00 from the international terminal to the hotel but only starts from the hotel to the airport from 04:00am 2. You need to take the shuttle bus to the domestic terminal and then wait around depending on your timing for about 30 mins to get on...

We stayed one night. This hotel only allows 2 people per room and a kid counts as a person. If you travel with kids, you may need to reserve 2 separate rooms. Please check with the hotel. The room is small but clean. It's ok for the transit hotel, but I do not recommend it for a long term stay....

Used it for the night before a long haul flight = perfect for this need. The area itself is not the most exciting, but there are plenty of restaurants across the road. The hotel is modern and rooms are normal size for Japan.

We had a 00:30 am flight out of Haneda. Arrived here early afternoon. The room was small, functional, and unlike another transit hotel we stayed at, clean. There's more to see around here than you might think, a 2 hour walk, which took in an amazing bridge and the back streets of the area, was interesting and we finished it...

Stayed here for one night prior to catching a morning flight back home. Was actually in the annex building which is a few minutes down the street. Room was fine, not too small as I was expecting. A good sleep and good bathroom facilities. Just a bit far out of the city to head in as arrived a bit late....

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The food is poor, not international and not very Japenese. I struggled to find anything edible. The room stunk of cigarettes, and after asking to change rooms eventually they found me a non-smoking one. Very small, rooms dated, the air conditioning was faulty! There are much better hotels around and it is...

Thank you for your stay at JAL City Haneda Tokyo. We are very sorry to betray your expectations. Also the air conditioning system caused you a problem, so sorry for that. Our breakfast is continental plus with a japanese food. Most of our guest enjoy our breakfast, it's sad to hear that you didn't enjoy it.

Good Transit Hotel for an overnight accommodation... Hotel Shuttle bus is free and takes about 10 mins... Staff was okay... Rooms are small and clean... We arrived in the evening and walked outside the hotel to go to Family Mart, which was nearby... Would recommend this Hotel!!!

Really comfortable room following a long international flight. Staff was very friendly while I checked in, most helpful. Shuttle is convenient and gives you plenty of time options for return to Haneda airport. Nice property.

I arrived late but check in was quick and professional. Rooms are small but this is normal in Tokyo and no problem for just one night. Beds are comfy and room is well kept. Breakfast is more Asian style but everybody should find something.

Hotel location is perfect for one night transit thru Haneda Airport. However hotel free shuttle only serve on limited time. Hotel to airport starting 4:00am, every 30 minute until 11:30am. Airport to hotel, 4:45pm until 11:45pm. Taxi cost about JY2,000. Hotel building is pretty new and well maintained. Buffet breakfast is good quality and variety. However rooms are very small....
