We were glad we stayed the night near Haneda airport after a late arrival as clearing immigration and waiting for the bags took a while. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus which was convenient. Check in was quick and we found the room clean and bed comfortable. Although it was small, the layout was good and everything fitted. Breakfast...

We arrived into Haneda at 11 pm and decided to rest in a nearby hotel before going into Tokyo, It was convenient to catch the free hotel shuttle bus to the hotel. The rooms were compact but were comfortable. There was a choice of Japanese and western breakfast (next door at No 2) and we enjoyed trying both! We will...

I came in this hotel without a reservation, which my fault. However, they were quick to turn me down, without even checking availability! As I was about to leave, I told them to double check and all of the sudden a room was available. Disappointing. On the other hand, the rooms were actually very comfortable and in a great location...

I thought since it was an International hotel we could get more information in English. We were told breakfast was included (although it was not), and we were not told that there are two separate shuttles (one for domestic and one for international.) The bell hop spoke more English than the front desk staff. In any case, the wake up...

This is an airport hotel, so its purpose is to allow transiting travellers a good rest before journeying onto another flight or another city. If u r thinking of a vacation hotel, forget this. The hotel is clean, and has reasonably good bfast spread. It is also close to a 7-11 and Lawson marts and you buy all sorts of...

Modern room located in the airport. I had a 14hour connection and treated myself to a room at the airport instead of a sleeping pod. Staff were polite and helpful, as in almost everywhere in Japan. Used a booking credit for my room which was a bonus. Very well equipped room but on the small side.

Stayed overnight twice to & from Haneda Airport. The hotel provides free shuttle (only at certain times) to hotel otherwise taxi only costs $15 to airport. Hotel staff aren't typical Japanese helpful/friendly but okay enough. Room is very small but cute if you are staying overnight! At least the room has a tiny ensuite. Lots of eating options around the...

The hotel was nice enough. The shuttle was found by crossing the street on the first level of the airport. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful and communicated well enough in English. The room was definitely on the small side. It was more like a crew ship size. There were signs that we could store our luggage...

Hotel has a shuttle bus from Haneda Airport that is well signed and frequent. Reception staff have poor English (which is fine, it's Japan after all) so have models to demonstrate the key function in the bedroom door. Rooms were perfunctory, by no means the smallest and I suppose quite generous for a Japanese budget hotel. In-room tea facilities were...
