We stayed 4 nights in the heat of Tokyo summer, the room was quiet, very small, free wifi, yet well air-conditioned, amenities were of very good standard, staff very friendly and make a great effort to speak english.. We were able to leave our luggage early after arriving on an overnight flight from Australia. Plenty of restaurants a short distance...

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. I checked in very late because of my late inbound flight at Haneda, and the front desk attendants were very expedient with the process. Front desk staff spoke English well and even took the time to escort me to my hotel room. Room was small (standard size for Tokyo). Bathroom was clean...

Very nice hotel near underground station Akasaka. If you are not afraid of underground (it's much easier that they say), then it's your choice. The room is small, but they are all small in Tokyo. The district is calm, underground station is 50 metres far from the hotel. It takes 10 minutes to go to Ginza by underground or about...

We stayed at the Grand Fresa Akasaka for 5 nights in early June and had a great time. The staff at the front desk were really nice and spoke english very well. It is located maybe 10 meters from a really convenient subway stop and very easy access to all the key areas in and around Tokyo (although to be...

Very clean hotel in a quiet location, well located - a 2 minute walk to the Akasaka metro stop. Small room but the average size of a Tokyo hotel - so wasn't an issue for us. Super helpful staff, who tried their best to help us with all our tourist questions. I definitely recommend it!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights from 11 April to 15 April 2016. The hotel is very close to Akasaka station Exit 6 and it is very convenient for travelling around using the metro/subway. There are many 24-hour eateries nearby the hotel and a 24-hour supermarket is just down the street. The room we stayed in is rather...

We stayed here for 3 nights during a Tokyo stopover and it fulfilled all our needs. Good central location close to the subway, nice end clean room although as others have mentioned it's a bit on the smaller side, very friendly staff. Within walking distance from Roppongi hills with all it's pleasures. We also got a really good price on...

Location is just perfect. The underground station is just a few steps away. Really. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are small, but nice and extremely clean. The bathroom is suprisingly big (if you ever been in Japan you know what i mean...). We had a room with balcony. It made our stay was even better.

Hotel is located directly opposite Tokyo Met subway.Rooms are cosy, clean and have a bathtub and great shower not to mention the all singing WCs.In terms of location the only to trump this is to be opposite a station that is directly connected to the Tokyo station. In reality it doesn't make much of a difference. On a negative the rooms are small;but...
