The location is superb. There are lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby and the underground metro is extremely close. Main sights are in easy reach. The room was very spacious, clean and affordable. The bed was very comfy. Perfect for our needs. Pepper the robot was great!

Fully recommend this hotel with specious rooms , very convenient location and great (free) coffee all day long ! We also got to rent bikes from the hotel and visit the main attractions . Check this hotel out before booking anywhere more centrally as it proved for us to be the best choice !

Although you have to change trains a few times to get here, it is still fairly easy to access from Haneda Airport (45 or so minutes). The room was extremely spacious. We had an extra bed added to the room to make it a triple and still had plenty of space. Compared to size of most other hotels in Japan,...

I think this boutique hotel used to be an apartment that now converted to a boutique hotel. Room is very spacious with minimalist design. Because it used to be an apartment, the bathroom is a little bit old but they have that area to take off your shoes. So its kinda living in a japanese service apartment instead of a...

Location is great, just 2mins walk from Akasaka station, which is just 10-15min away from the main areas. Hotel is surrounded by lots of restaurants, combinis and a 24hr supermarket right outside! We also really appreciated the free good coffee every day! The room was spacious for 3 of us, we could open our big luggages with ease, beds and...

I've been researching this hotel for most part of the year prior to our stay. I must say it lived up to all the positive reviews. Don't judge the exterior. And yes the lifts could be bigger but the rooms made up for it. We had a 45sqm room and it accommodated our three luggages, 2 doubles and a single...

Travelled with several other families. In my own family we were 3 adults. We occupied Room 301, which is 55 square meters in size! Yes, that's 592 square feet! If you have ever been to Tokyo, you'd know that hotel rooms are usually very small, with barely enough room to move around, especially with luggage. My wife chose this Hotel...

Pros: Location is proximate to many sights, is beside the Akasaka subway station, has innumerable restaurants for every budget, cafes, groceries, wine shops and fruit stands. Rooms, though not exactly inexpensive, are more spacious than similarly-rated hotels. (I imagine that the hotel caters to longer-staying patrons.) Check-in procedures are simple; one pays for accommodations upfront so check-out is a breeze....

Totally unexpected, Innsomnia pretty much exceeded all of our expectations! The spacious room, the comfortable beds, the little pantry that allowed us some luxury to try some fresh food from the market. We have been raving and recommending this hotel to everyone! And the free coffee - makes our day every day!
