A great hotel in a great location. Roponggi hills is a large shopping / business centre and while convenient it isn't very traditional so make sure you get out. The hotel is lovely and th service is top notch

The Grand Hyatt is very comfortable and holds a very high standard. Every detail in the room is great, such as the lighting, super comfortable beds and pillows and the bathroom. Also quiet rooms which I personally appreciate very much!
