The Prince Sakura Tower is lovely. The employees speak good English (which is always nice for Americans traveling in Japan with very little Japanese language ability). The rooms are clean and filled with nice amenities from lovely-smelling soaps to fluffy towels and slippers. Housekeeping does...More

The hotel is OK, absolutely nothing special. Average rooms, average service. Boring food at the executive lounge, same thing every day, why not try something new? Absolutely no recognition for status (Lifetime Platinum). When I checked out, the person didn’t even ask me about my...More

Opened in October 1998, this luxurious hotel offers a wide range of excellent services and facilities within an all-season resort ambience. In the spring, pink cherry blossoms can be seen from every guest room. In More the fall, the colorful autumn leaves shower the walkways. In Shinagawa, an office district shares space with
luxury residential buildings and the scene is
constantly changing with rapid development. Ikedayama
park and Togoshi park are great places to see
beautiful traditional Japanese gardens with ponds, as
well as enjoy the changing seasons. Shinagawa was a
post and a port town during the Edo era and the lavish
old Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples at Shinagawa

The Shinagawa station is basically across the street from the hotel, for what that’s worth. I’m not aware of a hotel shuttle, but Haneda is a 20 minute cab ride or 10 on the train.
