I ended up booking at this hotel simply because there were no other hotels available in central Tokyo due to the Cherry blossom season. Stayed here fro 2 days, the breakfast was delicious, the bed super comfortable, the bathroom and the amenities were really nice. Over all nothing bad to say about this hotel really...the only downside is the location...unless...

Dear eli k , Thank you for choosing ANA InterContinental Tokyo for your last visit to Tokyo and for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay. Between the sewer smell on the end rooms, and the terrible air freshner they use to mask the back flow drainage problems, I'm not sure how anyone can stand to stay in this hotel. Our company must get a real deal at this hotel, as many have complained about headaches we're still using this hotel. Like most high rises, you...

While the room was fine and the location is good, I had several horrible and unhelpful experiences with the concierge there. Unlike everyone else that I met in Japan, the two different women that I spoke to there were incredibly unhelpful - refusing to provide recommendations for restaurants ("If you walk down these streets you will see lots of restaurants,...

Large hotel very close to Roppongi and other central Tokyo locations. In line with the rest of Japan the staff are always very efficient and friendly 99% of the time. Good location though it took 2 hours from Narita by train/tube (better option on the way back was the coach transfer, under 90 mins). No issues with the hotel and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it. though expensive, the breakfast was pretty good and served close to the impressive lobby.

We stayed here for a week when we went back to Japan . As we used our mileage point , We didn't spend much. The room was cosy and spacious enough for two people. And the view from our room was nice. It's very convenient to access Ginza,or Yurakucho area for shopping.

I had a chance to return to the ANA after several years of not being in Tokyo and i was once more quite happy with my stay. The rooms are comfortable and decent size for Tokyo. The bed is excellent. Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
