I am an IHG Gold Elite and this this the first time at this hotel. It’s one of my companies preferred hotels. It’s in a great location. They put me in a room on a high floor with a nice view, however; I could never see out the window because there was so much water buildup on the windows. I...

Beautiful hotel, centrally located. Few minutes walk to metro. My room had a great view of Tokyo Tower which is beautifully lit up at night time. The room had 2 double beds, large room for Tokyo. Bed was very comfortable and room was spotless as was the bathroom. Décor is a bit dated and could do with a spruce up....

Fantastic bar on level 36 Mixx Bar but the highlight was at eating Pierre Gagnaire Two Hat Michelin restaurant with a fine degustation menu with some sensational wines to match - absolutely great fine dining at its best

Hotel Location is really fantastic as the Tokyo Metro is just less than 5 mins walk away. Interconnected to the hotel is beautiful complex; Ark Hills, where you can find delightful restaurants, eateries and bars to chill. Or for the ladies there is a simple hair & nail care shop and a male grooming shop. Opp the hotel is a...

Stayed here with my wife on business. Overall a pleasurable experience but very pricey. Breakfast buffet pricey too at $40. I would suggest Bubby's next door in court yard area. Nice central location to all the Embassy's. East walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Rooms nicely decorated. A lot of local restaurants nearby and I believe 6 to choose from inside...

Before arriving, contact the hotel for requesting King-size bed as we will share bed with a kid. No kid's bath kit is ready in room when we walk in the room. Upon 1st check-out, need to specifically remind the hotel preparing kid's bath kit and more towels. Bad experiences are more towels missing still when I come back for 2nd...

Very nice hotel overall. Professional staff. Nice rooms. Primarily caters to business traveler and is in a less-touristy area. The buffet is excellent and offers a wide variety of high quality Japanese, Chinese, Western and other items for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
