The hotel is conveniently located just opposite Shinagawa station. The rooms offer more space for a reasonable price than other hotels in the vicinity. Breakfast offers both western and japanese. Pretty crowded, so make sure you have sufficient time.

Hi Lily, There are very adequate coin operated laundry rooms on many floors at the hotel. We stayed there in May/June and took full advantage. These rooms also have a microwave.
