This hotel was exactly what my boyfriend and I needed for our first trip to Japan (10 days). The staff were very nice and welcoming, we even got some cute toiletries that they gave us which was so sweet. The hotel itself is standard but perfect. It's an average size for Japanese hotels, the bed was comfortable and the bath...

We came in late from haneda and booked this hotel as its about 20 min from the airport. Easy connection from monorail and train. About 10 min walking distance from Tamachi train station which is on Yamanote line. It's easy for us to connect to Shinjuku station the next morning. We wish the hotel had larger signboard and also please...

If you are in Tokyo, and you know how it is work here, this place will give you an access to all areas of the city (within I believe 30-60 minutes), because of location just about 5 minutes of walk to Yamanote line for a great price (and also metro station Mita is nearby). Also Shinagawa Shinkansen station is one...

I stayed 2 nights in 2 stays at this hotel. I was flying in and out of Japan through Tokyo, I slept there the night I arrived in Japan and the night before I was leaving. Be prepared, the rooms are extremely small. It was a last minute business trip, and I had to go with what was left, not...

Stayed for 2 nights. Location was great, in front of 100 yen shop and beside a 24hr Lawson store. It's just a few minutes walk from the JR Line train station. Along the streets where there is a lot of food stalls where you can find delicious ramen restos and small pubs. Small room, the bed is kind of hard...

A super comfortable place to spend a night. Not far from the Tamachi station. Lawsons are nearby. The room may be a bit tiny, but it's very neat and clean. Free wifi available. The hotel staff are super helpful. This place is good with friends. If you spend most of your time travelling and not so much in a hotel...

It's about 5-10 minute walk from the Tamachi train station, directly opposite to a 7-eleven equivalent (don't remember the name), and a 100-yen shop. Tamachi station is next to Hamamatsucho station where you connect to Monorail to Tokyo Haneda airport, and also next to Shinagawa shinkansen station which is one stop before Tokyo station. I found it suitable as a...

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
