I have so far stayed in 4 of Tokyu Stay group hotels in Tokyo, at least 2-3 time a year. It is good for no-fuss, mid to long term stay in Tokyo. Cleaning: They will only clean your room 1/week. For stay less than a week, they will change your towel daily. If you are staying

I travel a lot in my job and often to Tokyo. Compared to the standard of other hotels in the same price range, this hotel falls short on several counts. It does offer rooms of acceptable size in a somewhat quiet area but that's about it. If you can't find an alternative and

Tip: [Arrival] I made my way to town by getting a bus limo from Narita airport terminal 1 (South Exit) bus station 31. (OR Narita airport terminal 2, bus stations 2 & 19). There're 2 bus companies stationed for pick up. Lookout for AK/HW buses as they make trips every 30

I have been staying at the Tokyu Stay Monzennakacho longt erm stay hotel for over four to five years. It meets my criteria of close to a train or subway station [the Tozai Line subway entrance is a five minute walk; the Oedo line station is ten minutes]; clean and comfortable

Fabulous place. I've stayed here three or four times. Unfashionable suburb but handy to central Tokyo and a great neighbourhood, Staff all helpful and friendly with enough English. Have stayed there alone on business and with my family on vacation, inc, 78 yo mother who

From Narita airport terminal 2 take the Keisei Skyliner train to Ueno. Change in Keisei Ueno and take the Toei subway line, station is called Ueno-Okachimachi and there are 5 stops to Monzen-Nakacho station. From there it's a short walk to the hotel. Go to google map to see how to walk there. From Tokyo Haneda airport take the Tokyo monorail to Daimon. Change to the Toei subway line and it's 4 stops to Monzen-nakacho Station. If you are staying 3 days or less in Tokyo and intend to take the Tokyo Metro, I would suggest at the airport to buy the 3 days metro card with unlimited Tokyo Metro trips. You can combine it with the train fare. Enquire at the Tourist office at both airports and they will direct you to the right counter. They speak sufficient English to help the tourists and they are very helpful. Enjoy Tokyo and wish you a fun trip.

"The hotel has 2 buildings, the one facing the main road is said to be noisy. I personally has not stay there before. Rooms within the building which the lobby is located is nice and quiet."
"Get a twin, even if it costs more."
"They have couple of suites and family rooms. There is an annexe building which is newer, but rooms seem similr"
