From Narita airport terminal 2 take the Keisei Skyliner train to Ueno. Change in Keisei Ueno and take the Toei subway line, station is called Ueno-Okachimachi and there are 5 stops to Monzen-Nakacho station. From there it's a short walk to the hotel. Go to google map to see how to walk there.
From Tokyo Haneda airport take the Tokyo monorail to Daimon. Change to the Toei subway line and it's 4 stops to Monzen-nakacho Station.
If you are staying 3 days or less in Tokyo and intend to take the Tokyo Metro, I would suggest at the airport to buy the 3 days metro card with unlimited Tokyo Metro trips. You can combine it with the train fare. Enquire at the Tourist office at both airports and they will direct you to the right counter. They speak sufficient English to help the tourists and they are very helpful.
Enjoy Tokyo and wish you a fun trip.
