Well appointed, efficient hotel. Staff speaks pretty decent English. Rooms adequate, considering that space is precious in Tokyo. Available in hotel dining if we wanted it. Great restaurants and grocery stores in the area, specially on the north end of the block. Very convenient to the train station, and a direct express bus to Haneda Airport just one stop east... Has one the best price around Edogawa and near train station but has limited access to the said 'amenities' -- bus ride back and forth to DisneyLand/DisneySea is a 50-50 and I was not informed that there will be no air conditioning in all 5 rooms that we get. Don't go here if you have asthma and can resist an... More

I was really disappointed with this hotel. The staff were VERY nice, but that was the only good thing about staying here. For one thing - the location is NOT convenient for Disneyland unless you are willing to take a taxi for about $40. For public transit, you have to take a bus (or taxi) to one station, and then... Excellent location, 2 or 3min walking to the metro station. A nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are not spacious, but then again we have to remember we are in Tokyo. For Disney lovers, it has a free shuttle bus to Disney.

The room is extremely small, smaller than the usual Japan standard for small. It's is the same micro-size room similar to Best Western Yokohama but the furnishing are newer and more modern looking. I did not experience noise issue even though the hotel is very close to a train station, probably due to better build and better sound insulation, That... More

It's not at the heart of Tokyo but transportation was very easy. Surrounding was purely residential area which's totally different with all those hot places for tourist. Cosy room with everything you need. Very reasonable price which's give you a good reason to stay away from the crowded.

We select this hotel since they offered free shuttle to Disney Resort - which is only 15 minutes drive from the hotel. Unfortunately, we were not informed that we shall book the shuttle at the earliest, and the hotel staff told us that the shuttle is not available, and suggested us to take a public bus and train to reach... Easy to find location near subway station . Great location for going to other neighborhoods in Tokyo. A lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming! Rooms are regular size for Japan - ie = small by American standards but are clean and tidy.

We stayed here for 6 nights/7days (June 26-July 2nd, 2016). I particularly love the location of this hotel. Very close, walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, bus and subway train station. The room was not as small as most people reviewed it. It's a decent size, have enough room for 2 adults and 1 child. Our room have 1... More
