I stayed at Hotel Horidome from 18 Sept to 20 Sept. It was in a superb location - can't beat it at such reasonable price. It is near a few subway - Akihabara (秋葉原) is about 10 mins walk away. Many eateries around. Room is small but adequate for a good night's sleep. Free coffee in the morning - just...

Stayed in May 2013, sorry for late entry. I can honestly say that this is like a home to me. The staff go out of their way to be of assistance! I have stayed here twice and just love the convenience. It is so central to all you want to see & do. The surrounding area has many restaurants both...

A great location if you want some quiet at night, 6 min away from JR train.. You can find food all around outside of the hotel.(many restaurants, family mart and other food chain) The room is a good size for Japanese standards and all you need when you travel.

Booked this via the internet for it's locate and price. When we arrived we were very pleased with our booking which was 3 nights. Fair size room in Japanese terms. Room was changed completely everyday including linen, towels etc. Tea & coffee making facilities available in room. Location wise you can walk to any number of metro stations within a...

I am so glad that I didnt stay in the busy areas of Shibuya/Shinjuku. Horidome Villa is located in an office area where you can see people walking to and from work. It is quiet but has plenty of places to eat, drink and spend your time in. The room was small, that was expected but it was the service...

The 1st day we took taxi fm Tokyo station cost 1000Y cause it late at night. Then we found the hotel is so close to the Kodenmacho subway station. 24hrs Convenient stores and Yoshinoya restaurant. And on the rainy day we could sneak back fm town quite easy. Easy to go to Asakusa temple and Imperial palace.

The location is near two subway stations and there are some 24-hour convenience shops around. It carries some decent free maps at the counter. Room is small but satisfactorily comfortable. Disappointingly, internet service isn't free and it certainly isn't cheap (the internet system wastes a few minutes starting). Also most annoyingly, one spectacled male staff will frequently patrol the corridors...

Location: Based in a quiet business district within 5 minute walking distance of both Kodenmacho and Ningyocho metro stations. We even walked from the hotel directly to Tokyo station with our big back packs quite easily. We always felt safe. Facilities: The room is compact and the double bed is slightly small for those sharing as we were. However the...

Pros: $50 + booking fees on Agodah.com got me a well-located (20 minute walk + train rides to Tokyo Station) place, with a decent-sized (for Tokyo) room full of all the amenities I needed. Friendly, helpful English-speaking staff, and no curfew. Seemed popular with other Western travelers. No breakfast available, but plentiful free coffee, and the ubiquitous Japanese convenience stores...

Very good location Next to the metro station and several restaurants, at night becomes very busy but after 12 am it's difficult to find something open. Next to a family mart and a 7 eleven. Minutes from Akiabara and Asakuza Small but cozy Very nice staff and clean and modern rooms.
