We stayed at the smile hotel for 4 nights, it is ideally central just a few minutes walk from Tokyo station. I'm quiet area with some nice local restaurants and very close to underground station Nihombashi. The staff couldn't do enough for us, the hotel is clean and had free internet. Was exactly what I was looking for.

The room was small but well equipped and very clean! The position of the hotel is excellent: just one minute far from the Mitsukoshimae subway station! The staff is kind, even if they hardly can speak english. The breakfast is typically japanese and they don't have "western" option. But if you don't want to eat fish for breakfast there are...

The service was good and friendly. Location wasn't far from some major attractions and train stations. The room was the smallest and unfortunately we were out on a smoking floor. For a non smoker ever it was bad. Room service doesn't run some nights so make sure you check. Other than that it was affordable and did the job for...

A little hard to find in the busy area of Nihombashi, this hotel was a pleasant surprise once we found it. Staff is very friendly and extended our stay without any problems. Rooms were small, this is Tokyo after all, and extremely clean. There are plenty of vending machines on all floors so no problem to get a water or...

Amazing location. Just next to the Kayabasho station. Friendly staff but English might be a problem. We used the bikes and cycled a full day in Tokyo. Great experience! just make sure you ask for the bikes ahead of time (they only have 2 pairs). Room is very small but that's common in Japan. We got a room in the...

Stayed for one night. The location is very good. You can find a lot of good places to eat and drink. Is also nice for a short walking. We came from Narita airport in just one train, what is very good. After leaving the train is a short walk, about 6-8 minutes. After the night we went to Tokyo Station...

A very great hotel, perfect on every level. Great price, great location. It's situated on the right outside a Kayabacho station exit. The wifi in the room is really strong and without the necessity of a password. The room is really clean and modern. The size of the room was small. The shower was great, having a great pressure level....

Very clean and great access to the nearest train station which is Kayabacho .. walking distance to Tsukiji Market, Ginza ... staffs are friendly and yes and they are able to speak English... but the double room is pretty small just enough for 1person if 2 persons seems extremely tight... overall nice clean hotel
