Stayed for a week at the Royal park hotel. VERY convenient for touring Tokyo as the hotel is directly connected to the Tokyo metro (suitengumae station is right underneath with the hotel having its own private entrance / exit from the station). The rooms and property were pristine and every member of staff was wonderful, very accommodating and always willing to help out or answer questions. The hotel is not close itself to a lot of sight seeing but the proximity to the metro more than makes up for it. The only negative was that the food prices at the hotel were very high ($45 for buffet breakfast for one person) many times what could be obtained in other restaurants outside. Saying that the food in the hotel was excellent and cleanliness and health standards were extremely high. Great hotel to stay at when visiting Tokyo

The Royal Park is a solid hotel choice. It's located centrally and you can enter directly from the Suitenguemae metro station without having to walk out onto the street.

The hotel is large and has an impressive foyer. It is now 30 years old and the aesthetic is late 1980's largesse reminiscent of the 1908's Japanese boom time. It's getting now getting on a bit but it's somewhat nostalgic and very well kept. You can see it in the hotel pictures - I liked it.

The hotel rooms are similarly very well kept but starting to get tired. That said, they are still very comfortable and for the price point and location, certainly reasonable.

The hotel buffet was good with a good selection of both local and international choices.

So whilst the Royal Park hotel is not the newest or most luxurious hotel in Tokyo, it is a solid four-star hotel and I have no complaints.

This was our second two week stay and as before the hotel, (executive floor) room and quality of service were excellent. From the lounge staff to the doorman everyone was polite, proactive and most efficient.
The hotel is ideally located for getting around Tokyo and beyond with access to the Hanzomon line (SkyTree at one end and Shibuya at the other) through the hotel basement, and the Asakusa and Hibiya lines a five minute walk away.
The Sumida river is close by and a lovely place to walk along in the day or evening.
A special mention to the little flower shop in the basement - fantastic arrangements for the room at reasonable prices.
The hotel contains several restaurants and in the immediate neighbourhood there are literally dozens of places to eat and drink.

Clean and quiet hotel with a very convenient location. The airport limousine bus stops at the T-CAT which is literally right next door to the hotel. The other convenience is that the T-CAT building has a 7-11 convenience store, McDonald's, Cafe Crie, a few other local restaurants...and these are accessible through a walkway from the 2nd floor of the hotel. The Tokyo Metro Z (Hanzomon line) has a stop right at the basement of the hotel so you don't even have to leave the building in order to get on the subway. This is my fourth time staying at this hotel and I can't think of any other property that has the convenience and cleanliness of Royal Park Hotel at a very competitive price.

Our room was very clean and well supplied. For the health of your room cleaning employees, you should consider putting plastic liners in the trash cans. We were surprised that at breakfast in the Executive Lounge (20th fl) you only had full milk. For dietary and health reasons many travelers prefer 1%, 2% or skimmed milk. You may consider adding at least one of them. Finally , I want to commend your Italian employee who is at the front desk in the lobby greeting and answering questions from guests. Sorry I forgot his name. We found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable and his suggestions or tips made our stay even more memorable. Thank you.

I've stayed at Royal Park Hotel several times and I've never been disappointed. It's very convenient to get to from Haneda Airport, just 30 minutes by airport bus to TCAT and a short walk across the street. The executive King Room is a very good size, very comfortable. The ability to have breakfast and evening drinks/canapés at the lounge on the 20th floor (with a beautiful view of the Tokyo city skyline and Tokyo Tower is a plus). It is also easily accessible to Suitengumae Station on the Hanzomon line, and from there getting to places like Ginza and Shibuya is very easy. Would highly recommend the hotel, it's good value for money.

Stay here for 6 days on our trip to Tokyo. The room was very clean and fairly spacious, especially for a 3 bed (family) room. It is in a very nice area, with a good selection of local restaurants and shops. Also very close to the subway (accessible through the basement of the hotel) which makes getting around Tokyo very convenient. If you prefer to walk, Ginza and the Tokyo Station (JR) is within 20-25 minutes

First trip since Covid started, a business trip to Sapporo and I decided to stay in Tokyo overnight, amid uncertainty of the timing required in airport.
Except a few safety measures, Royal Park Tokyo felt the same as pre-covid: staff with warming smile and courtesy, clean and tidy room, comfortable bed.
Of course its proximity to TCAT serves the best interest of my transition: landing in Japan in Narita then flight to Hakkaido in Haneda.

This hotel has a great location and the rooms are surprisingly large. It seems to be focussed primarily on the Japanese market, with a few scattered small tour groups. It definitely needs some updating, the rooms just seem tired and the hallways are disconcertingly dark. It probably would have been better to stay on one of the executive floors, a mistake on our part. The restaurant in the lobby is fine, good breakfast options and not bad for dinner in a pinch. For us the real difficulty was the lack of a good multilingual concierge. While all the front desk people are charming and gracious there was very little English spoken. I was hoping to get suggestions for various things but that wasn't possible. Even though we had done a fair amount of homework an informed local insight would have been invaluable.

The room was large and very comfortable and very clean. The housekeeping service was excellent and unobtrusive. We enjoyed the dining experiences available at the hotel and the food was always of high quality. We particularly appreciated the inclusion of Japanese choices in the excellent breakfast service.
What particularly impressed us was the sincere friendliness of the staff, and their willingness to help with any query, large or small. We enjoyed our stay. Dry much and will definitely stay at the Royal Park Hotel again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times during the last night in Tokyo before my return to Europe, due to very convenient location next to the bus terminal to both Narita and Haneda airport. I have never experienced any problem with the beds. On the contrary, I have always had a good sleep. In addition, the rooms are very silent, the staff very serviceminded and the breakfast really excellent.
